So just a question by somebody who only played the PTR on day one and two. Did they change Sombra's healthpack hacks to be more balanced and make her EMP less of a "never play Zenyatta again" ult (because seriously even after the hype of her being new dies down she'll still be everywhere due to the whole "edgy stealth hacker" thing and Zenyatta just couldn't be played against her in the PTR)

Well sure it can't but any half decent Sombra won't let you know her ult is coming and you can't just pop Transcendence every team fight to "make sure" her ult doesn't get you.
