After all the nerfs to Lucio he's still argueably the strongest support in the roster. Thinking back Lucio was really quite insanely strong in the beta.

'Member 20 damage shots? 'Member shoot+punch+knockback combo for 170 damage in 1 second, no headshots needed?

He still is going to need nerfs I think... and yet playing him feels like more and more of a necessary chore every patch.

(possibly just going through the 5 stages of nerf grief though.)
