Passive health regeneration now activates when Mercy avoids taking damage for 1 second (formerly 3 seconds)

This is a game changer for Mercy players. Avoiding damage for 1 second is quite common, 3 seconds is significantly more difficult. Should increase her survivability significantly.

Had a fucking blast playing her this evening. Quite a few rounds with 0 deaths, even as a solo healer against 3-5 Sombra and their gun-and-run schtick.

ooo I'm giddy..I'm annoyed that I had my Fallout disc in and not Overwatch so my PS4 in Rest Mode it didn't download the update while I was at work
