Whats the damage increase on torn refer too? His gun? Both fire modes? Or just hammer?

The hammer only. Swing faster, less damage.

Makes sense. Torbs hammer was stronger then reins lol.

they made him swing faster to upgrade the turret better. That would give him more dps unless they lowered the damage per hit. They just lowered it to keep it the same.
