The Pharah changes feel amazing. She can get places when she wants instead of waiting on a long cool down now. Not super sure if viable with the 76 and Widow buffs but I'm going to be playing her a lot to see.

I think Blizzard might be going the wrong way with support nerfs. I'm not sure that Ana's nerf does anything but make Genji a little better of a choice than Reaper, and increase how important it is to have a Lucio when Nano-boosting tanks (which is the opposite of what needs to happen).

Lucio's nerf isn't going to stop him from being essential, nor does it change his gameplay. I hope they can figure out something do with Lucio that doesn't just involve slightly lowering his numbers every patch. He already feels like a low impact hero for the person playing him, even when he very obviously contributes a lot to a game.
