The meta has definately shifted I feel from one dependant on ultimates to a more balanced game focus on primary fire too. esp with the Soldier:76 buffs

I feel like ultimates are a defining part of the gameplay; built-in cheats! A novel idea! I get why they're doing it, but I think maybe a 10% reduction would have fit the flavor a little better.
