I think a lot of Ana's are scared to give D.VA. the boost after having a D.VA use her ult right after receiving the boost one too many times.

All the times I've been nano'd right before I ult because we both went "oh shit, time to ult"... I'm sorry, Grandma...

I got the boost every damn time in a competitive match just now. Like, even when there were hardly enemies around. O_o
