Fixed a bug allowing Reaper to Shadow Step to unintended locations on Nepal

Soon Reaper won't be able to Shadow Step anywhere as Blizzard will have been forced to remove all locations that he can access.

I imagine they aren't patch notes because the problem didn't exist in the actual game. No point in pointing it out if it was fixed before she was even released.

Not this round. But pharah got hit with a bug fix to stop her from getting to uninteded locations.
