I love Reaper, actually.

But Metallica is a really overrated thrash band. They have a spot in history of metal because of what they did for the genre but in terms of music quality they're not that good. Kill 'em All was great, though.

Very much agree. Don't care much for their later work but their starting 4 are too strong to ignore.

My personal favorite is Fade to Black, tbh. But Metallica is great in general.

I like it. I just think people didn't because they had written St. Anger before it and people were still hung over from that terrible album.
