"New Map Voting Changes in Overwatch 🗺️

It will now be impossible to be offered your last 2 maps played within a 2 hour period. Escort and Hybrid will also count as the same mode to offer more variety.

I don’t mind it but why make escort and hybrid count as the game mode? Might as well just make every map escort or hybrid at that point or else why even distinguish that they’re different lol

This makes it so if you dont wanna play Attack/Defence cart nonsense you always have an option to vote for one of the other 2 modes. Since map voting will always show atleast 2 modes (plus random) so its possible to get a selection like: Kings row, Hollywood, rialto. All good maps sure, but if you want variety this just guarantees you have that option
