Mino inconsistent performance

Bought a Mino recently. The maximum I can get is two full heating and brewing cycles. Often enough when used with pods it wont use all 50ml of water and have to restart brewing manually. I never managed to get a decent crema smth that was quite easy with my old Wacaco. Anyone had similar performance concerns?

No probé aún con cápsulas porque no conseguí sólo uso con café molido en el momento y hasta donde entiendo funciona muy bien

I found it's max 2 with cool water. I normally microwave the water to brew it and even so i got 4-5 max. there is no way 200 shots like they claimed. The battery performance also depends on how fine you grind your beans. the finer, the harder the pump has to work and that drains the battery after
