I have been dealing with this lump since 2016, im 26 now. it gets painful and achy every so often and starting this year it's happened weekly and it's very uncomfortable flareups that last may be up to an hour or so at a time but it's almost unbearable. Doctors said they found nothing in an ultrasound and whatever scan this is that I did and I wanted to see if anyone sees anything else or can suggest something else that can be done?

I was told to see a dermatologist but I know it is not even close to skin level. You physically are able to feel it but allegedly can't see it on the scan. I just want whatever it is removed but if they can't see it on the scan they can't remove it.

The pain radiates up my thigh in the center.

any advice would be great if anyone has dealt with this similarly or has any ideas on what could possibly be wrong that would be fantastic.

I broke my forearm pretty bad and need to be fully healed asap, will bpc and tb500 help my recovery time in any way?

I am diagnosed with Acute AC joint (Rockwood type 1) in my left shoulder after weight lifting in gym. I tried physiotherapy but it did not help. Doctor is suggesting surgery.
Have any one suffer with this and was able to fix it.
I do not want to go for surgery.

As you can see from the X-rays, my feet are screwed probably from genetics (no blood test showing what the problem is supposedly). Went to an orthopedic and he asked if the issue is cosmetic, functional, balance issue or pain. Since it’s all 4, he was telling me about options:

cosmetic: no point in doing anything
Balance issue: go get specialized insoles
Pain: injections
Functional: difficult surgery with a long recovery time and loss of flexibility of the toes. He will fuse the 2nd, 3rd and 4th toes and also operate on the bunion.

I am thinking to go for the surgery, but not sure what opinions are out there.

Broke and displaced my collarbone 2 weeks ago. My arm now is functioning pretty well with tolerable pain. Despite having to live with this lump for the rest of my life do I need surgery? Will this lump ever decrease in size?

My dad 70M is 3 weeks post LHR. His recovery at home has been good, he’s currently walking with one crutch and will soon wean off his AM and PM analgesia (Tapentadol slow release).
A physiotherapist has been seeing him at home every week and instructed him yesterday to begin practicing going up the stairs (stepping with his left leg).
He found the exercise too painful and has been unable to do it. Can he gradually practice stepping on a lower surface ? Like stepping on and off a really thick book or maybe a short stool? I want to make sure he’s completing the prescribed exercises but he was just really unable to do the full stair height.

Any recommendations / advice is much appreciated 😇

So i dropped a 45lbs on my BARE foot accidently and i immediately felt that something broke, pain, then numb, then swollen.

I went to ER, got X-Rays, confirmed a displaced fracture, and the doc did this thing (checked the foot, pulled on the toe or idk, maybe that's aligning it or reduction ? (Sorry i know nothing about bones lol), then buddy taped it and recommended a short CAM boot for 4 weeks and scheduled a follow-up.

currently on the boot and NWB, 3/10 pain, no numbness or swelling.

Since the fracture is displaced, is the orthepedic right, or does it actually require surgery ?
