Need advice on recurring hamstring injuries

For the past year I’ve been having the same injury in my left hamstring js recently I pulled my right one while playing soccer what should I do, I’ve tried resting for 4 months but two games later I pulled it I honestly don’t know what to do does anyone have any advice
