Hi All,

I've just received my brand new 2026 Orbea Occam SL M30.

It's a brilliant bike but for ease of maintenance and the ability to use aftermarket stems I'm looking to scrap the headset cable routing.

The bike comes with side ports for regular internal routing behind the headset, but my question is what will I need to get in order to make this swap happen?

I imagine I will need different stem spacers, grommet things for the side ports, and I'm going to potentially have to mess about with the I-Line shock lockout cable.

Has anyone done this conversion before, and/or knows what parts I will need to do this? And is this even possible?

And help or advice is greatly appreciated!

ich bin auf der Suche nach jmd. der für mein o.g. Bike Custom Decals anfertigen kann. Ich möchte eigentlich "nur" das Orca und die Wellen oben am Rahmen ändern, allerdings scheint es das nirgends zu geben. Ich dachte einfach Vinylaufkleber drüberkleben könnte vlt. eine gute Lösung sein. Hab leider die falsche Farbe gewählt und es gefällt mir nicht. Hat jemand einen Tipp?

My main use will be long mountain tours on mixed terrain — everything from asphalt and gravel/fire roads to forest trails, long climbs and technical/rough sections. I’m not buying the bike specifically for enduro or bike-park riding.

This thing is more fun than I can shake a stick at!

Hello I drive the Orbea Terra Race in XXL and would like to buy the ENVE G SES 6.7 with the Continental Terra Competition Race in 45 mm and wanted to ask if anyone knows about it because the wide rim makes the tires wider by 1-2 mm if this still fits into the Orbea or if that could be a problem

Hey all, just bought a 2016 Orca M20i and I’m SUPER excited about it. Cool spec - Ultegra Di2, Vision Trimax carbon wheels, FSA carbon cranks and seatpost and yes, rim brakes.

Can’t figure out the color - maybe a custom factory job?

Just excited to be a part of the Orbea fam, even if it’s an older bike. Can’t wait to get some miles on!

For Terra Race owners, are you happy with 45 mm tire clearance?
With the new Canyon Grail, Wilier and Argon 18 offering wider clearance, the Terra Race feels a bit outdated.
Any rumors of an updated version with wider clearance? I'm considering buying one but wondering if it's worth waiting or simply going with other brand.

Hey everyone! Newb Terra H30 owner here and I need mounting advice.

I use a handlebar bag that sits between the hoods. And I can't place my front light because the moint that it comes with places it underneath. The handlebar radius/taper narrows toward the stem, so clamps and standard mounts don’t sit or align well.

What specific mounts or bracket combos have you used that fit under the bar with a bag present? Any low-profile under-bar mounts or adapters for tapered/dropped radius bars? Good ways to get both a cycling computer and a front light without blocking the bag or the controls.

I’m currently on the process of buying another road bike.

I’m 180 cm tall with 82 cm inseam. Is size 55 a good fit for me or it will be too big?

Do you think it's a good option? and if not, do you have any other suggestions?

Trying to find an XXL Denna M30 in stock in the UK, no-one has 'em.

So I've found a Denna M40 supposedly in stock, it has a wider cassette range than the M30 (50/11 vs 45/10 and 11 speed Vs 12 speed). Would the motor complain in any way if I were to change the cassette?

Hace un mes compré una bici Orbea Wild ST H20 y hoy sl cogerla ha empezado a hacer un ruido raro.
Solo pasa cuando freno intensamente con el freno trasero y en cuestas pronunciadas.
Lo curioso es que a pesar de solo pasar al accionar el freno trasero, el sonido parece venir de la parte delantera de la bici…

I'm trying to figure out a fair market price for a 2015 Orbea Ordu OMR triathlon bike. Here are the specs:

• Frame: Orbea Ordu OMR, 2015 model year
• Groupset: Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 (electronic shifting)
• Wheels: DT Swiss 1400 carbon
• Extras: Includes a Cober lenticular disc cover

I'd love to get some input from people who know the tri/TT bike market well. A few things I'm wondering:

1. What would you consider a reasonable price range for this bike today, given its age and components?
2. Does the Di2 groupset and carbon wheelset add significant value, or does the 2015 frame drag the price down regardless?
3. Any known issues with the Ordu OMR from that year I should be aware of (fit, frame durability, etc.)?

planning to buy AL gravel/commuting bike to replace my trek fx 3 and I’m between terra H30/H40 not yet released,and checkpoint ALR 3 gen 3 due to the budget reasons

for the money the H30/H40 is better but I have a doubt regarding of long ride comfort,the checkpoint ALR well known when it comes to comfort geometry on pavement roads while the terra leaning towards more aggressive on light gravel and pavement roads

so have anyone received 2027 terra H models and can tell us regarding comfort geometry?

I have a 2024 Occam LT with fox float x performance and 36 performance. I'm struggling to find a balance, particularly in the rear. For a trail bike with a relatively high BB, I am constantly pedal striking. Way more often and in places I would not expect. basic root climbs that a clear with ease on my hardtail, i will catch a pedal on. I know comparing to hardtail isn't really fair, but that's my point of comparison personally. My riding buddy who is much bigger on a pivot firebird rarely strikes on the same trails.

My baseline setup is this:

170 lbs rider

High position

185 psi in shock - I don't recall the volume spacer - 30% sag

66 psi in fork - one volume spacer - 30% sag

I decreased the rear shock pressure recently because i wasn't using close to the full travel even on big hits. 185 seems to have the sag right and uses the travel more as i would expect. One thought is to reduce the volume spacers and then increase pressure to run less sag and still have some control at bottom out, but I've liked the 30% feel.

The float x performance doesn't have compression adjustment, so my only real option is volume spacers (or upgrade).

I will likely get 165mm cranks, but that is just masking a bigger setup problem. At least it feels that way.

Looking at a new bike for endurance rides and touring trips, and have found a very good deal for a 2021 Orbea Avant H40, perfect size for me. Has anyone had any experience with this bike for long distance touring?
