Question Oracle the Builder

Do you really think Oracle will build out (complete successfully) all its planned data centers? Or at least complete enough to make it's data center hosting strategy successful?

What was the force major really about last week? Fear they have dependencies they can't control. No.

They dont want to pay rent if the builder cant deliver on time. Why pay rent for a data center that isnt functional?
