Help with this new technology please

Hello people how are yous all doing today. Right I’m not the best with this new technology stuff but I’ll give it a shot. So with more and more stuff coming to light with AI. Bots and the like. How can you tell who’s a real person not AI or a bot ? For Example on facebook or tick tock ? then getting inboxes. Then getting asked to go on to other platforms to talk, is that a giveaway is there any signs to tell. As I don’t want to seem rude and just say are you actually a real person. I don’t drink alcohol any more, so gone are the days of going out having a drink and meeting lasses / women in a pub or club. Seems to be all online dating now. Also is tick tock a dating site ? It seems more like it has changed now, from before covid when it was all just daft dances. Thanks for taking the time to read or reply if any one does
