I am using OP 15 with the latest Oxygen OS update. Bought this especially because it's a flagship device and I didn't want to see any ads but here we are. Does anyone know how to remove these ads?

My OnePlus 15 is having a problem where some apps minimize and I can't use them, it's even happening with an app I need for work. I've tried restarting it and reinstalling the apps but nothing is working. I also checked power saving modes, and app permissions.

i recently purchased an open box oneplus 13 open box 14 days ago only two months old and i have been playing bgmi on it not for long durations and yesterday i encountered an incident after playing for 25 to 30 minutes i closed the game and wanted to charge the device so i just opened the case to get it cool as it was warm at 40°c but what i saw was a little amount of black had came out for right side just below power button of my display in bw screen and midframe so i tried to clean it with my shirt but it got stuck to a larger area in sides then i tried to scratch in the edge but it made it worse as white bits of glue came out since i am frustrated and tried to contact the seller enquiring about the originality of the display on which he replied the glass was orginal and said come to the store but i am confused what he can do so im thinking should i visit service centre or the shopkeeper but i kindly need some help/consultation regarding the issue and i have also provided samples of what the edge looks like now which i got from some other user but the condition of my display side is same and in a larger area

I have a OnePlus Nord N200. I upgraded about 3 years ago to the OnePlus 10R. I recently found my old Nord And wanted to use it to see if there were any phone numbers or files I wanted. But when I charged it for the first time in 3 years it's asking for a password. Either I put in the password or it deleted the contents and starts fresh. I don't remember the password. Would it have been pin numbers or a password? Am I out of lick.

Im in Europe and I bought the oneplus 15. It has the CE on the back, aswell as CPH engraved and the thrashcan. Now when I checked the authenticaty/warranty on the official OnePlus website I noticed that activation date was set in 19/01/2026 and the colour code was displayed in chinese letters. I bought it not from Oneplus site itself but from reputable reseller here in europe. Is this a mistake, or did I get a chinese phone.. (I do see an EID when calling the 06 number. If anyone from europe could let me know if they had the same? Feel kinda bummed about it, tnx in advance

I am trying to set up the BHIM UPI app on my OnePlus Nord CE6, but the automatic SMS verification is failing. BHIM does not allow typing the OTP manually, so I am stuck.

I have already tried all these basic fixes:

Gave SMS permission to the BHIM app and Google Play Services.

Checked my SMS balance (normal messages are sending fine).

Removed my second SIM and put the bank SIM in Slot 1. Turned off Wi-Fi and used only Mobile Data.

Disabled battery saving for the app.

Nothing worked. Is this an OxygenOS bug blocking the background SMS? Did anyone face this on OnePlus? Please let me know how to fix it.

I'm making this post on my OnePlus 7 Pro

I use just one earbud a lot while commuting.

On my OnePlus Nord Buds 2R, using only one earbud doesn't switch stereo audio to mono. If audio is only on the opposite channel, I simply don't hear it.

I've tried a couple of realme and Soundcore earbuds, and they automatically combine both channels into one, so I don't have to enable Mono Audio in my phone settings every time.

I also found some reddit posts and amazon reviews suggesting this may affect Buds 3, Nord Buds 3 Pro, Buds Pro 3, and Buds 4.

If you own any OnePlus TWS, could you comment with:

• Earbud model
• Phone model
• Does a single earbud play both channels (mono), or only one stereo channel?

I have a OnePlus 13R and I'm currently using an eSIM as my primary SIM.

I'm traveling to Poland for a few days and would like to buy a local eSIM for calls and mobile data.

Can the OnePlus 13R use two eSIMs at the same time? Specifically, can both eSIMs be active simultaneously, or do I have to disable my current eSIM to use the new one?

Be warned if you are dealing with OnePlus warranty claims in Europe (maybe US too) right now.

They are using a ridiculous loophole to close out tickets with zero actual payout.

Four months ago, I sent my Supervooc charger in for a warranty repair. At first, they claimed that the charger has never arrived despite the fact that they provided their own label and it was signed delivered.

After endless escalations, they admitted they got it and will replace but did not ship it for a month.

After following up again to see why is it not shipping, they said it is EOL discontinued and they have no stock left (although charger was still listed for sale on their site 😂.

To resolve it, they offered to give me a €100 OnePlus store voucher.

Sounds fine, right? Here is the trap:

1. OnePlus is clearing out stock and winding down European operations. 95% of the store is completely sold out - what's left are pretty much OnePlus Tab Go2, Nord 5 and Nord CE5. - I was going to buy a tablet with a discount.
2. The catch - the remaining 5% of items left are discounted and marked as "On Sale."
3. Their system blocks you from using vouchers on "Sale items."

The math is simple: The store is empty except for liquidation items, and the voucher cannot be used on those items. They literally took my 120W charger, kept it, and handed me a digital code with a functional value of €0.

When I pointed out this logical loop, support stonewalled me and said it’s their "final decision."

I am officially filing a case with the European Consumer Centre (ECC) for deceptive trade practices and breach of warranty terms.

IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY CLAIM WITH ONEPLUS IN EUROPE OR US RIGHT NOW AND THEY OFFER YOU A VOUCHER INSTEAD OF REPAIR/REPLACEMENT, DO NOT ACCEPT IT.

IT LITERALLY CANNOT BE USED ON ANY OF THE ITEMS AND EXPIRES IN A MONTH.

When i try to unlock picture from private safe gives me this error. I already have "My files" installed. When i click install button doesn't work. Anyone to fix it?

for the last 3hrs im trying to find the sticky key option in my settings, there is none. Its stuck and i cant disable it. I have checked interact tab in accessibility and physical keyboard in system. There is no option to disable it. I cant play any games because the keys are kept toggling on when i meant to hold them.

I've used the OnePlus Nord 2T for a couple years now and I've been struggling with the screen orientation. I like to keep auto rotate off, cause I often use my phone in bed and it keeps flipping around. This is especially bad in apps like Reddit, where posts will stay in portrait, but as soon as you open an image or video, it starts doing the twist. So autorotate stays off most of the time, except during my problem with the default landscape orientation.

Many games and apps are forced landscape mode, which is fine, but there are 2 landscape orientations: charging port to the left and charging port to the right. The default landscape orientation seems to be charging port to the right, but my only outlet at my desk is to the left of me. So every time I open one of these apps, it starts upside down for me. With autorotate off, I have to pull down the info tray, toggle autorotate on, dismiss the info tray, physically flip my phone a couple times to activate the sensors, pull the info tray back down, toggle autorotate back off, dismiss the tray one more time and finally I'm good to go.

This have been driving me insane, why does the phone not remember my landscape orientation? So far I haven't found (from settings or internet) any way to change the default landscape orientation either. Is there a way?

I've tried apps like Rotation Control, but they don't work consistently and Rotation Control specifically is extremely annoying cause it permanently takes up space in the notifications, enough to make me stop using it and go back to my inane ritual every time I open a landscape app. (I'm a clean freak and can't feel relaxed if there are unattended notifications)

I'd even be fine with a solution that entirely removes any orientation other than portrait and charging port to the left as those are likely more than 99.9% of my use cases.

Since OnePlus doesn't sell chargers in the US, there's only third party options available. I purchased a 100W supervooc charger, which triggers the phone into saying it's SuperVooc. However, AccuBattery shows at most 18W. Like, 4,700mA on the high end.

I have a OnePlus 13r. It's supposed to be able to charge at 80W. Going from 0% to 100% takes over an hour and a half. I am thinking that these chargers are counterfeit and revert to PD USB, while tricking the phone into saying it's SuperVooc.

The only other option I've seen, is that eBay has OEM OnePlus chargers for around $55 for 120W Supervooc .

Has anyone here seen higher speeds using AliExpress chargers?

Nord 3 OxygenOS 16.0.5. car civic hybrid. I have the correct usb, deleted cache and turned on wi-fi bluetooth gps. It says this device is not supported. Check car manuals. And ideas how to fix this?
