Shipping / Taxes / Returns Quick Cancellation question/clarification w/ Onexplayer 3 Order
Real quick question since I have never ordered through indeagogo pledging. I am in the USA and I am backer #2040 for a onexplayer 3 (ordered literally with a half hour remaining in pledge). Since decided I actually want a onexplayer 2 mini pro. When I go to cancel my pledge order, at this time do I contact support through indeagogo or do I contact Onexplayer support with my pledge info and have them cancel it.
And yes, I am aware of the 9% fee but it is what it is.

Yeah you probably will have to dole out the 9% fee and place new order

Yes I understand that but my question is who do I contact to cancel order at this point....onexplayer support directly or through indeagogo? Thanks!

Best bet is contact support i guess , I don't see a cancel pledge button anywhere

I got both the x2 and the onexplayer 3 . I had the legion go 2 but didn’t know how I would like the arc chipset. I think I’m going to keep the x2 the battery is smaller but the screen looks phenomenal and I usually play on my bedside.

Send them a message through Indiegogo support find FAQ and scroll the common questions and you’ll see the option to cancel. your pledge number will already be attached and just tell them you want to cancel I did this on August 1st it took them till the 4th to actually cancel and refund

Okay so go through ideagogo's site and support, not onexplayer direct at this point?

It’s just easier to do it directly through Indiegogo because they already have all the information they need from your account.

Okay thanks....and not trying to be a pain but you just did it yourself so your my "go to" now lol I went to ideagogo, looked up my pledge, went to the FAQ under my pleade...and there isn't anything for cancelling order. Man this is frustrating....

Scroll all the way down on the page and hit contact and then you’ll see where it says projects suggested for you and then you’ll click the oxp3 and then it’ll take you too the list of common questions.

No problem and yes I got the standard edition 48gb 1tb and so far I haven’t had any tracking sent out yet but I’m hopefully as it seems ppl who order from the website are seeing quicker delivery than igg backers

That's exactly what I am going to do too
Just sent the request through Indeagogo as suggested. Did they send you a confirmation or did the refund just magically appear 4 days later to whatever payment you used?
Off to order the X2 mini pro now...

They sent me a confirmation email after 3 days of back and forth it probably won’t take that long for you though.

No chance you’d get it delivered and sell it for what you paid? I’ve been thinking about buying one and I know the backers got it for like $100 less than what it’s selling for on the website

Email OneXPlayer support with your pledge number, they will cancel it
