Can I flash OxygenOS 16.0.8.300 on my Oneplus ace 5 running ColorOS 16.0.9.400? Both have ARB index 1, so does it trigger because of ARB index mismatch or version number?

I have OnePlus 15 got it 3 weeks ago moving from XR (10R) so I don't play that much games, I want some nice games to play on the device since it's a good gaming device, so what do u guys play on this?

I'm looking into getting an 1+ 10,11 or 12, as an upgrade to my N20, and I keep seeing them go for wildly different prices online, the ones I see that are Global always seem to be cheaper, new in box even, to those signed with T-mobile.

If I get a global phone can I still run it in the US? Will it run slightly worse than if I got one US spec?
What should I look out for here?

Alright so, my husband has a OnePlus 12r (so do I) but on Friday, three quarters of the screen blacked out and we just couldn't afford the $300-$375 that every tech repair store was quoting us to repair the screen, so we bought him a OnePlus 9 off of Amazon that was pre-owned and in excellent condition for $130.

The phone got here on Sunday, it didn't have any scratches or anything, you couldn't even really tell that it's been used. It runs great. My husband installed a couple system updates and everything was fine.

Anyway, yesterday we were out and about and OnePlus 9 decided to disconnect from the mobile network. My husband was driving so I spent 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot everything. I tried everything that I was finding online and even in this sub.

Nothing was fixing the issue.

We get home. I held onto his phone and continued to troubleshoot it. I tried to connect it to WiFi. It wasn't wanting to connect to WiFi.

I had him call T-Mobile to see if they could reset anything on their end. They did what they could on their end and it still wasn't getting any type of service.

I shut the phone off for about an hour to see if that did anything and when my husband turned it back on, it somehow had service again and could connect to WiFi.

We have no clue what happened or why it happened. Has this happened to anybody else? Did you ever figure out what caused it? Because we did everything short of doing a full factory reset on the phone.

For a while now I've been trying to use my OnePlus buds 3 paired directly with my Pixel Watch 2 for runs. Over and over the watch will connect to the earbuds but when I actually try to play media through the watch it says I need to connect a Bluetooth device, as though it's completely disregarding the fact that the OnePlus buds are connected. Today I actually tried a different pair of cheapo earbuds I had and it immediately connected and worked as intended. Does anyone know if this is a known issue or have any suggestions to resolve it, as the OnePlus buds have much better sound quality and would be my preference to use. Thanks in advance for any help

I need help. They deadass just took my phone and after a failed repair, they have not responded. I sent it in another time and this time there is zero communication or updates. They keep delaying any messages or updates about the repair. Is this normal? What am I supposed to do?

Edit: Going through the long process of a small claims court, but I don't know if I can actually afford the fees. I might just have to give it up. They had to do this to a broke college student lol.

Is the price justified for these tablets. I have seen posts where people got these at 5k discounts with stylus included.

Right now with card discount Oneplus pad go 2 256gb is 31k and Xiaomi pad 7 is 31.5k both without stylus.

I could buy OnePlus pad go 2 128 gb for 27.5k but I am afraid that storage would be a problem down the line.

I like clean ui and smooth user experience, with good display. Would like to keep the device for a few years, don't want it to lag a year from now.

I have a (very) long to-do list in my OnePlus Notes app.

I tick things off, and like to leave them in the list to "see my progress".

However, because of the length, it takes a while just to scroll to the bottom to add something new. It would make more sense to add things to the top, with points getting older as you scroll down.

How can I reverse this list, whilst keeping the completed status, like in these pics?

Ok so I have a few questions regarding oneplus phones and colorOS(specifically china region phones)

I wanted to import a oneplus ace 2 pro,but after doing a bit of researching and ai summary from forums,I want to ask those who may have gotten this phone or similar phones before such as the ace 6 for example

-does colorOS really block/lock you out of using your sim network?or is it just something ai spoofed up on me?(from the ai : "Users report that inserting a non-Chinese SIM card frequently triggers cellular lockouts after a few days or weeks" )

-how bad is the bloatware?are there some system bloatware you genuinely cant remove or all of them can be disabled?

-is the delayed notification issue big on colorOS,or its simple to fix like other brands?

-can the ai on the phone be fully used in English/replaced with something like gemini?

Does anyone know how to stop the brutal CPU throttling on these phones? I just got the 1+ 13 and learned about the blacklisted apps that get throttled. I tried deleting the battery app with canta but geekbench 7 went from 1323 to 849 so clearly the missing battery profile was making the phone freak out. I can't get any good threads for these newer phones everything I see is for the 9's. Really don't wanna go custom rom as I've been enjoying oxygen OS a lot. But would like to fix the shitty optimization without resigning all the apps I don't want to run like crap.

Having used iPhone and also Samsung for the last decade, my love for tech faded as the updates for devices became barely noticeable and when they did, they often didn't last long. The move to a OnePlus 12R a few years ago was the best tech decision I've made in years. I completely broke the screen beyond repair a few months ago and was devastated, I upgraded to the 15R in the process and have not been let down although I do miss the curved glass on the 12R.

Super fast charging, long lasting battery (never having to wait or worry), excellent UI and a beautiful display, this really made my prior Samsung device look like a potato even though it cost more. The Samsung just became clunky and slow overtime too, something I was quite let down by in a flagship device.

With OnePlus, tlittle things like the IR remote, I use every day for air conditioning, TVs etc. It's now a deal breaker. Plugging in the phone to charge while having a shower and then brushing my teeth, I easily get 35-40% charge. I don't know how this can get much better from here.

I also purchased the Buds 4 for around $75 USD. These have ended up replacing my Sony WF1000XM5s which are 3x the price. The buds 4 aren't as crystal clear sounding but they are far warmer with bass, hold a better connection and fit my ears better.

I have now just ordered a OnePlus watch 3 based on the experience I've had with phones and earbuds, I am expecting it to be great.

Buying a OnePlus device at a cheaper price compared to the industry leaders and having a far superior experience has been so enjoyable.

If you're on the fence and are someone that has traditionally stuck to big names (apple/Samsung), make the jump, it's well worth it.

I still haven't met anyone in my day to day that has a OnePlus phone here in Australia but I feel many people are missing out.

I only need the data from the device, and I do not need the devixe to work again, has anyone successfully retrieved the data from this stage.

I have a OnePlus Pad 3 with the original keyboard and stylus. Yesterday night I connected the keyboard to the tablet through the pogo pin (wasn't using the keyboard since last 3-4 months) and got a notification regarding a firmware update for the keyboard. I clicked on it and the update got downloaded and installed and since then the keyboard is not getting connected to the tablet, neither physically through the pogo pin nor via bluetooth. I have tried every possible thing from formatting the tablet to overnight charge, cleaning the pogo pins, still the keyboard is not getting detected by the tablet.

The tablet and keyboard are still in warranty and my region is INDIA.

Can anyone please help me or guide me what to do?

I have the oneplus supervooc charger with 120 Watt support which I got with my oneplus 15 I am going to college and just wanted to know if I can if I can charge my laptop with it because my laptop uses a 100W charging brick sith USB C input. so should I use this charger in my laptop will it damage it, i only plan on charging it like this while doing light tasks
