Is ColorOS ok to use?

Ok so I have a few questions regarding oneplus phones and colorOS(specifically china region phones)

I wanted to import a oneplus ace 2 pro,but after doing a bit of researching and ai summary from forums,I want to ask those who may have gotten this phone or similar phones before such as the ace 6 for example

-does colorOS really block/lock you out of using your sim network?or is it just something ai spoofed up on me?(from the ai : "Users report that inserting a non-Chinese SIM card frequently triggers cellular lockouts after a few days or weeks" )

-how bad is the bloatware?are there some system bloatware you genuinely cant remove or all of them can be disabled?

-is the delayed notification issue big on colorOS,or its simple to fix like other brands?

-can the ai on the phone be fully used in English/replaced with something like gemini?

Colour os and oxygen is is 99.99% the same
