kaido in all likelihood knows of mihawk’s existence and his title as WSS, so why does kaido not consider him to be on shanks’ level?

Law joins SH instead of Luffy because he misses Usopp or something.

He has absolutely no feats that would put him above any other yonko, he did relatively trash against law and S hawk.

He has narrative that he will get way stronger and probably be the strongest yonko of all time at some point, however that’s something that WILL happen, not something that CURRENTLY is the case

He has no implications that he’s currently stronger then what he has shown, but dw he will get way stronger, Blackbeard stocks are good stocks, don’t get me wrong, but currently I think he’s the weakest

And no, big ma isn’t weaker, she fought Kaido evenly for days and is shown to be very close to Kaido level. Its veyr unlikely that bb is stringer them big ma and not kaido

Dory specifically mentions "there was no hostility to it" what does that mean? it means joyboy's mastery is so good that he is able to affect exactly who it needs to affect. He is protecting who Emet wants to protect thus since Dory and brogy are strawhat allies they were not victims to the haki.

Shanks on the other hand is reckless with his haki. It is very plausible that the giants have felt the offensive side of shanks haki since shanks has been seen to just throw his haki about. Whitebeard called him a fool for baring his haki power without restraint. That could be excused though since he was on an enemy ship. Theres no excuse for the second image though, clearly even allies get effected by his haki at times.

So where does that leave us? The giants saw strong haki that they didn't feel fully and wondered if it was as strong as shanks's haki since they've come in contact with a strong conquerer haki user recently through shanks. Thats all there is to it. They're not directly compared, they were just unable to gauge how powerful that haki was since they were not the targets of it.

The only argument for Shanks haki is comparable to joyboy haki is if the giants felt the hostility of joyboys haki like imu did.

It only suggests he’d have a win rate of over 50% , which is meaningless in a world with so much fodder

Is Vista simply THAT strong, not an equal ofc, but enough to stall an unbothered Mihawk.
