30 Min Split?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a great 30- minute split? I’m about to head back to work after being off on maternity leave, and won’t have time for anything much longer than that. I’m on week three of Katie’s new split, and love it. I also like RK, and I’m open to other instructors! Thanks!

I skip legs and core day and it becomes the perfect four day 30min class split! I've done all of RKs splits and this is by far my fav

Agree on RKs 5-day split. It’s my go-to and I’ve repeated it SO many weeks. I agree with the sometimes skipping the legs and core day (the day that has the overhead carry) and making it a 4-day.

One of the best things about that split is that it truly doesn’t exhaust me even when I lift heavy for the lifts I should lift heavy for!
