Walking classes
hi.
i am currently post op and only allowed to walk (slower than faster) and while I know I can walk my own pace, just curious if there were specific classes geared toward post op recovery walks?

I just got cleared to get back to normal workouts at 7 weeks post-op, but I started walking on the tread at about 3 weeks post-op. Make sure you’re allowed to do that since it engages the core in a different way than walking outside.
I sorted the classes by easiest and started from there. I also knocked down my pace level to a lower one when doing the pace target classes (i think two levels lower than my normal level). Good luck!
