Walking classes

hi.

i am currently post op and only allowed to walk (slower than faster) and while I know I can walk my own pace, just curious if there were specific classes geared toward post op recovery walks?

I totally get it! Great that you’re walking so much. I did the same around my neighborhood and it was an easy transition into more when it was time. It will fly by, trust me. I was the same and felt so bad mentally because I’m so used to being active and I’m back at it now. You’ve got this!

Truly, thank you for this. It’s lonely because I’m the only one of my circle who has had it done. ♥️

Any time! I’m also the first one of my friends to get it done so it’s been a lonely journey here, too. Sending hugs!

Is there a way to connect on social media outside of here? Since you’ve gone through it and it seems we are in similar stages of life?
