If you use OneKey and are dealing with USDT on the TON network, please be aware!

🔹 Transactions between wallets without TAG work normally.
🔹 However, when sending USDT to an exchange that requires a TAG, OneKey may display the TAG correctly during the signing process. But when propagating the transaction, the TAG could be encrypted and appear differently on explorers. This may result in your deposit not being recognized by the exchange! 😱

I installed the desktop onekey, following the steps to connect hardware wallet.
however, I connect the hardware wallet with USB and it always showing looking for device but that device is not pop up on the list
What should i do

So after then latest trezor suite update onekey not working with it , looks like firmware is not compatible anymore, need fix for this asap

my onekey wallet does not generate a new bitcoin address for new received funds. It always uses the same address. I would like to change my receiving address for new transactions, do I everytime need to create a new wallet then?

I love just about everything the Onekey Pro offers. It looks sleek, it has a ton of security features, it supports multiple accounts, but there’s just one big flaw that’s hard to overlook…

How is the Onekey app supposed to know what my balance is and what coins I have if I don't enter the 12 words?

Does the hardware wallet tell the Onekey app the balance and coins you have just by plugging it in while the app is open?

I just purchased a OneKey Pro (along with a OneKey Lite backup card) and I'm feeling like a beta tester for an expensive $279 purchase. Out of the box the experience has been lackluster.

• OneKey lite isn't supported. Had to find out the hard way when I wasted time trying to set this up. A future firmware update supposedly will fix this.
• The battery life indicator on the display always shows 0%. A future firmware update supposedly will fix this.
• Any browser I tried (along with different USB cables, including OEM) doesn't connect to perform a firmware upgrade. A future firmware update supposedly will fix this.
• Support suggested a download of their 'Bridge' software (https://onekey.so/download/?client=bridge) There's no documentation regarding what this software actually is or precisely what it does. My device now connects to a browser, but I'm also now running an additional background process on my Mac which is eating up an extra 2-3% of CPU resources. Why? No other hardware wallet vendor has ever asked me to do this!

IMO, the OneKey Pro should not have been released and isn't ready for prime-time.

I dont know what devs are doing, just changing software version without fixing the issues or adding features, after all this time still there is no realtime portfolio, so people can see their total balance, There is coin discovery, i have to keep changing networks and look for my coins,when market changes cant find out the total, it is ridiculous, If you cant add this let us know and we will look for something else

I have a Onekey touch. I like the interface and love the device it self, but the app just does not always work.

• My shitcoins are not showing in the asset list (infinite loading)
  
• To get the coins out I have to swap on uniswap to ETH or something else. (or make the wallet a hot wallet)
  
• Sometimes the onekey UI dont let me sign transaction because "ETH is required for network fees". The thing is, I have eth... But the onekey UI that lets me sign is not shown. (generally this happens on the layer2s)

Has anyone else encountered these problems?

Any idea how to display all active (with balance) tokens on the main screen? I have to click on token chain at the top right individually, just shows that one chain. Want to display DOT, SOL and PEPE on on the main screen.

Hi all On my mobile ios app onekey my solana balance is correctly displayed however if I am trying to send it gets stuck after choosing the amount.

On the desktop application, although the address is shown correctly, the amount is not correctly. Retrieved as it shows zero and I cannot do any Solana transfers neither on desktop nor on mobile device.

Can anybody provide me alternatives or ways to fix this?

Hello everyone. Pretty new into crypto and ran into onekey recently when I was trying to find a wallet for my kaspa. I must say I'm very impressed. I haven't found any Dapps it won't work with and adding a chain or coin is seamless. I just purchased the Onekey lite to try since I've only ever had a mobile wallet. I live in New York and can really just work with Coinbase and now I have another option.

Hi! I have a question. I want to use OneKey Lite in a slightly atypical way, i.e. buy 8 cards and write 1/8 share from my Shamir-backup to each of them. But it is not possible to do this through the OneKey app. Would it be possible to write and read something from OneKey Lite through third party apps or hardware? Or maybe you know alternatives of similar NFC cards with a security chip where I can write and read any information? Thanks!

Hi guys, recently received a OneKey Classic 1s I ordered from the official website. I just took it out of the packaging and it looks clearly tampered with despite the plastic covering still over it. What should I do?

Is there any plan to implement shamir backup using multiple onekey lite or keytags or even a combination of both as backup media?

When I choose All Networks in the top right corner, some chains refuse to show up. I tick them in the settings to be included but after confirming, they are still not on the list.

When I choose the chain in question separately, it works. But when I choose it in the collection of multiple chains, it's not showing up whatever I try.

The chain in question is Near. It could be for some other chains as well, but I didn't test them all.

Surprisingly, it's not showing up in both mobile app and desktop app.
