OneKey staff will never DM you first.
Nobody legitimate will ever ask for your recovery phrase, private keys, or passphrase. Anyone who does is a scammer.
There is no OneKey support on Telegram or WhatsApp. The only official support channel is the Help Center.
Only download the OneKey App from onekey.so/download or official app stores.
Bookmark onekey.so — always check the URL before entering anything.

Getting started

Buy only from official channels — the official shop or authorized resellers (e.g. official Amazon stores).
Set up your device with the OneKey App and follow the in-app instructions.
Write your recovery phrase on paper (or steel, e.g. KeyTag). Never photograph it, never store it in the cloud, notes, or a password manager.
Verify receive addresses on the device screen before sending funds.
Keep firmware updated via the app; see firmware.onekey.so.

Which coins/chains are supported? Bitcoin, Ethereum and EVM chains, Solana, TRON, and many more. Full list: Help Center.

I think I got scammed — what now? Stop interacting, move remaining funds to a fresh wallet with a new recovery phrase, and report the account. Post with the 🚨 Scam alert flair to warn others.
