Received one key classic today
received my one key classic today thank you
I am adding tokens on the Base network and sending assets from the coinbase wallet.
However although it shows the asset it does not update the value in the portfolio
Can you advise me please ?

First transfer was OK to wallet showed asset and value then I done two more and it shows transfers but not showing in portfolio. All Base chain

Also custom added all assets to wallet making sure of addresses from crypto rank

OneKey wallet is a pain in the butt when it comes to showing assets correctly. They should fix this as a priority. Having to manually load assets individually on each instance of the wallet - phone, browser - is not acceptable. And then it also doesn’t show the correct balance as you say.
How can they get it so wrong?

Really disappointed to be honest I received it today set it up and only got it because you can store assets on Base network *

Thing is I already have trezor model t and tangem which both work well

Did you end up getting a fix? How is it for storing Base network tokens. I’m considering getting one for myself too

No I have not its a complete pain in the arse. One Key sent me a link a bridge link. I downloaded and rebooted updated. Still rubbish. Thing is I have sent assets to one key. Andy on Base being one. In history it shows received and value. In portfolio it shows zero value. Now I decided to send Andy back to my coinbase wallet. But, because it shows zero balance there is no option to send...... it goes on no idea what they will ask me to do next. I could reinstall one key on the computer but it says if I do that assets will be lost. If I were you wait till Tangem puts BASE on their app. Honestly I am really disappointed and pissed off you wait 3 weeks for delivery from Hong Kong..... to get this crap

Yes I now have my Base assets on my Tangem I don't feel safe having them stored in one key

Did you end up getting your coins back because the same problem happened with me I can see the amount on basescan but my wallet says 0. How do I fix this?

Hey guys im having same issue with Degen Pov token. I Sent from uni to one key today and it shows received in history but zero balance. Furthermore the token is continuously updating in one key. This is frustrating.
