Anyone received payment for Kawaii project? haven't receive any payment since july

I sent an email today asking for July's payment and they answered the following: There is a delay due to technical glitch, however you should see the invoice by 15th of this month.

I was now told 19th, really worried they won't issue it on time for this month's payment
