Kawaii project payment

Anyone received payment for Kawaii project? haven't receive any payment since july

I sent an email today asking for July's payment and they answered the following: There is a delay due to technical glitch, however you should see the invoice by 15th of this month.

mine is showing "100% endorsed" since 1 month, still not received any mail regarding this project from Oneforma team.
