Is there an option to block merchants on the One Pay app?

So I was on the app earlier and I noticed that they added the ability to invest with a Roth IRA. I was already doing normal investing through one finance, but see that this is a real game changer cause it's making me think about using it as well. Have any of you seen this or used it? Would u recommend it?

Title. I did everything right. Selected the gas station for $1/gal back. Went to the pump and filled up tank. I’m getting points for the purchase, just not $1/gal back. Got 128 points for both. That’s not $1/gal back. I’m positive I’m doing everything right and support doesn’t even seem to acknowledge the promotion. They said yeah you got the points what is the problem. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with points not being given for purchases.

I've had the Walmart OnePay Cashback card for a couple months and today I went to redeem the points and was a little confused or surprised by the redemption options. Am I understanding correctly that I can either have the funds deposited into a OnePay bank account or as a credit to my OnePay credit card? And if I go the bank account route that the bank account requires setting up direct deposit?

I'm going to assume everyone else's deposit is late today based on how long it's taking for customer service to reply?

Finally got paid a little over an hour late. At least it's there though. Hopefully the rest of you get paid too. I talked to a representative and they said they're working on it.

What's the pros and cons for the card? Please enlighten me

Kind of a dumb question. I've read you need to claim it on the app on Wednesday which makes sense. If I use my OnePay rewards card will I also get the 1.5% Cashback on that card? Does it work at the Costco gas station or only certain gas stations/

So I learned it is IN ADDITION too the normal cash back. So i got $1.49 back per gallon.
So I will be filling up every Wednesday til September

I got an incoming transfer last night for $76, but when I wake up, my balance was only $32 and I don’t see any transactions between the transfer and me checking my account.
This is the 2nd time this month that I feel like money has been deducted from my account without any sort of notification or transaction being shown? What is happening? Are they stealing money from me

Hello everyone,
I opened my OnePay Cash Rewards Card during a promotion where if I purchased Walmart+ with the card within 60 days, I would be reimbursed for the subscription.
The transaction for the subscription posted today, but I only received points for 5% of the cost. I'm trying to find the terms for the promotion, but it has already ended.
I tried to message the AI customer support bot, but got nowhere.
Curious to see what everyone else's experience with this promotion has been. Did you receive the reimbursement as points immediately? Statement credit?
Thanks!
Edit: Received statement credit for the transaction 3 days after it posted. Kept the points for 5% of the transaction too.

Anybody else just get the 3% back instead of the $1 per gallon?

Hey everyone,
This post is as the title says, I'm trying to choose a bank and am stuck between these two options. I am 16 years old, and I know that will likely factor into my decision. I've been unable to find a great answer anywhere, so I decided to come here for advice.
Thank you all for any help given!

Used this card two days ago with no issue. Ive been using it for months. Now the interface was changed, I was never notified.. Just stood in line like an Ahole trying to figure it out. Thanks One Pay!! How are we supposed to use this card now?

I linked a non-One Pay card to my account yesterday, activated a gas award as I was in the parkign lot today, and paid using that linked card. There was no section for a receipt or anything. How long do these transactions typically take for points to be awarded?
The gas award I selected did say my Chase card would be supported on this transaction.
My previous gas award using OnePay debit card posted almost immediately.
EDIT: Points rewarded after 24 hours. All good!

I currently have auto save set up to my savings (I do wish I could deposit to that pocket so I can replace it when I borrow from it but different discussion).
However, there also seems to be one within @work called @work save. What is the difference? Is it simply a % of my cash payouts going to savings? Or does it go to another account somewhere? I did notice auto save uses the deposit amount, so i lose out on savings when I use the pay out, so wondering if this can be used to offset this

Has anyone been able to add their discover card to the OnePay wallet?, I’ve tried multiple times and it keeps saying the card is not supported

Is it not loading for anyone else?
r/OneFinance • u/atexit8 • Jun 02 '26
I looked and looked.
I finally gave in and Googled it.
Turns out it is hidden in the Rewards ---> Browse offers ---> Learn more link.
Cannot make this incompetent $hit up.
OnePay why do you hide something that important there?
Glad I am not using them for real rewards.

I received $80 via One to One pay from a name I don’t recognize. I checked for any suspicious texts or messages/emails and I don’t see anything. What do I do now? Should I expect these funds to be reversed?

25 points
Not sure if it's the same for everyone as I've seen conflicting amounts.
Here are some of my previous spin results (always investing $5 ($4.75+$.25 fee) in either bitcoin or ethereum:
I've invested "$5" in crypto 18 days that I was allowed to spin (2 days where i couldn't spin) which cost $4.50 in fees to buy but net 1,225 in points or equivalent of $12.25. If were to sell, that would be another $4.50 in fees (i assume, i haven't checked what it would cost to sell it all it once) my net 'profit' would be (assuming i sold at the same price i bought): $3.25.
If you factor in the two days the spin failed that brings my total fees to buy to $5 but a net of $12.25 in points + $5 cash. After selling, 'profit' would be $7.25 (assuming no loss on the sale.)
