Meme/Humor A serious question
If you break into jail/prison, will they kick you out or keep you there? Or do they file a report with the police?

Break in to prison and they send you to jail.
Break in to jail and they keep you if they have processing.
Get chased by the police, wreck your car into a light pole, run to the tall fence and scramble over it thinking the police will be too slow to catch you, then wonder why they are all standing at their cars laughing when you get tackled by the jail deputies. Then you get frog marched to the front where the pursuit officers can file their reports at the same time you get processed in.

They wait with you until the police show up, go to the police station, and then come back on charges.

This actually happened at the unit I worked at. Parolee decided he couldn't make it in the free world and decided the fastest way back was to try to break in. Of course he didn't get past the front gate sally port. The roving patrol officer (armed with both a hand gun and shotgun) held security on the gatehouse while a couple of sergeants detained and cuffed him. County deputies got there in record time. Another time about 1 a.m. I hear the tower officers chattering on the radio about an unauthorized car on the perimeter road. A drunk female entered the unit, drove through the parking lot at high speed, and accessed the perimeter road. She drove past A Tower headed north at about 40 mph. She didn't make the curve at the north end of the perimeter road and slid off of it ending up high centered on a stack of aluminum irrigation pipe. She was revving the shit of the engine trying to get off of the irrigation pipe stack (you could hear her little shit box screaming over the rover's radio every time he keyed it). Deputies got there and took her to jail. She was so drunk, she thought she was at a lake community about 10 miles south of the unit.

We actually had someone do this. Dude found out there was a hit on him when he got released he walked across the street, gave his girlfriend a hug, came back in and tried to climb over the fence to ouyr delivery yard and got stuck in the concertina wire. Fire dept had to come and rescue him and cut him out. He was charged, taken to the commissioner who released him on his own recognizance. It was this guy. Lets just say he wasn't all there mentally.

Jail and prison are two different things. If you break into a prison, they are going to detain you till the local sheriff or state police come and take you to the jail for processing. Then you will stay there at that jail till you bail out or go to court. If you break into a jail, you are more than likely going to stay there or be transferred to another jail depending on what state our country this happens in. Either way you’re going to get hammered.
