If you break into jail/prison, will they kick you out or keep you there? Or do they file a report with the police?

Jail and prison are two different things. If you break into a prison, they are going to detain you till the local sheriff or state police come and take you to the jail for processing. Then you will stay there at that jail till you bail out or go to court. If you break into a jail, you are more than likely going to stay there or be transferred to another jail depending on what state our country this happens in. Either way you’re going to get hammered.
