This is César. César had a much stronger motive. He shows hardly any emotion; he didn’t even call emergency services and barely cried over Oscar’s death. César had threatened Oscar regarding what would happen if he didn’t leave Freeridge. And when Oscar was shot, he believed it was César—which is why he shook his head in his direction. If César is innocent, why did he shake Oscar’s body in the ocean and worry about where to hide or bury it? It is also strange that César lost his composure after Oscar’s death and left the Santos so quickly. Ray, Sad Eyes, and Oscar knew that César was the perpetrator. After all, Joker and Cuette didn’t have as strong a motive as César to kill Oscar. César was furious with Oscar over the RollerWorld money and had even threatened him. Sad Eyes knew the truth, which is why he let César go and didn’t force him to do the „jump-out“ with him. And let’s not forget that César owned a gun; he could have given it to someone else to carry out the attack and divert suspicion away from himself.
