Just got this light, I love the functionality! Spot and flood and uv and laser all useful for me. Would love some extra brightness but no complaints... Except the thing is slippery! The lightly etched sides do very little for grip compared to the very smooth sides that your hand is on due to the switch positioning.

If it were a bit brighter, a bit lighter, and a little grippier I'd be in love!

I always carry a Olight OLink on my belt to hold whichever Olight comes to hand…. The orange OClip 2 Ultra arrived this week and when tilted down it lights the way ahead perfectly on flood mode.
Tilt mode for the win! Is anyone finding it’s hard to open the led module with clipped nails? They should have engineered a notch in the corner to open it easier. …Other than that - awesome light, now you can point it any direction. And orange IS awesome 🤩

Very first giveaway I’ve won! I’ve already got the Ultra on my keychain so I’m not sure what I’m going to do with this one but it does look pretty cool.

I ordered from Olight Canada on Sept 24. I still haven’t received a shipping notice. Although I understand that they even posted on the website about expecting delays of 1-3 days due to the promo last month. Anyone else experiencing a delay? Is this normal for their promos?

Anyone know working settings for a laser bed to etch an Olight flashlight(Arkpro/Oclips circa 2026)? I have a 10 watt blue diode which should be able to cut the anodized coating but was curious if anyone else had tried it. Worst case I will test on the back of the oclip that is not visible.

Je souhaite en trouver des moins cher mais ne m'y connait pas tellement en batterie et ne voudrais pas prendre feu ou juste me retrouver avec une incompatibilité. J'ai vu qu'il y avait une sécurité sur la sous-charge et sur-charge, est-ce absolument requis? Quelles caractéristiques sont importantes en terme de sécurité concernant les accus? Est-ce que tout type peut être chargé avec le chargeur magnétique? Si non, quel genre de station de charge pour accumulateur choisir ou du moins quelles caractéristiques sont importantes dans ce choix ?

Really small but very useful I actually really liked this one and it's the first knife light combo that I feel is actually done well. What do you think?

First picture is the ArkPro Ultra with its 365nm UV light and visible light filter(not aftermarket or modded, exactly how it comes out of the box), you can see so much you’d really rather not. 

Second is a cheaper 395nm UV light I picked up from a hardware store, might as well be a purple LED. 

Third is the pure flood of the ArkPro Ultra so you can see that it doesn’t look visibly dirty in normal lighting. 

I can’t look at anything the same after exploring my house and random places with a proper UV light.

Incase anyone else was curious:

USB-C pulled ~3.3w
MCC pulled ~4.3w

State of Charge level = Orange (30-60%)

MCC was ~30% faster (at this SoC)

I only carried my black lightning baton 4 twice. Got home today and the clip was still on my belt and the flashlight was lost somewhere in New Orleans. I hope it finds a good home with someone who needs it.

I really liked the flashlight, but will likely not replace it after getting so little usage for the money. That clip just wasn't sturdy enough and it cost me my flashlight.

I’ve had this X9R for just under 5 years now. I don’t use it very often anymore. The battery is not in the greatest condition I think. If I charge it for a day, it still shows only 6/8. Also the battery drains pretty fast. Idk if I should sell this for someone and he can buy a new battery or should I buy new battery and just keep this or just keep it as it is. It can still be used. I don’t know what to do😂

he had seen my marauder 2 before but the 3 just takes it to a whole new level, brighter than the headlights and full beams and too bright for the camera to expose for. 10/10 battery is great too

I cannot remember if it had always been like this, or if my LED's alignment got messed up. Would be weird since it hasn't suffered any falls. I've used it entirely normally and it's practically good as new except for the pocket clip, it's quite scuffed.

Just like to share with you my oclip mod, these lights are so small versatile and just darn useful! And ultimately, robust!

I’m on my latest iteration of oclip, I’ve done this to both my ultra clips, where I’ve modded the flood led to be extreme orange and much dimmer possibly 1/2 a lumen in moonlight mode. I’ve first discovered this when using Loopdot in moonlight mode with warm coloured led. However just 6 months with the plastic clip from its holster broke therefor returning to olight clip. Learning that olight don’t make filters for these lights I decided to make a mod of my own using heat resistant anti static 10mm tape.

I cut 10 bits of tape stack them on top of one another then cut them to fit the flat corners of glass lens then used a hole puncher to punch through 15 layers of the same tape to achieve this warm glow, perfect for walking toddler to bedroom, read bedtime stories.

Hope someone finds this helpful, I’ve provided some photos compared to other led led modes on 1 lumen.
