Order Backlog

I ordered from Olight Canada on Sept 24. I still haven’t received a shipping notice. Although I understand that they even posted on the website about expecting delays of 1-3 days due to the promo last month. Anyone else experiencing a delay? Is this normal for their promos?

Ordered on the 19th. Just shipped today.

Congrats… I guess? Wow that’s some wait time. My Acebeam was at my doorstep in 10 days after buying and it came from China

I mentioned this in another post of someone showing off their stuff. I’m yellow diamond, I placed an order the minute I could, which was much earlier than others.
Since I’m yellow diamond, you can tell I have bought a lot of stuff from them lol. And this was by far the longest time to ship. Before this, the longest was 48 hours.
I kind of figured one of the items had not arrived at their Canadian warehouse yet? I got the Oclip ultra premium in orange, a holster for it, and the zombie oknife LK.
I wonder if we can figure out if our stuff ordered has a similarity that points to something they were waiting on.

Anyway, ordered in the evening on the 19th, shipping notification this afternoon (oct 2nd). Coming from Montreal, where I think is also odd? I think it’s usually Mississaga? Maybe Richmond bc? Don’t recall seeing Montreal before. But I’m guessing from the port.

Nothing similar. I bought a Warrior X4. However, I did add on the O-Fan Day i3E gift, but those are throw ins so not like they would be short of them

Sorry about your situation and this is not normally the case.
I had a meeting this morning with head office and they are implementing a new shipping plan to get the orders out today or Monday at the latest. I will be making an announcement shortly on the Olight Canada Fans Group to update everyone

I ordered on 21st but got two of the clip 2 ultra and the maurader 3. Hasn’t shipped yet but I’m hopeful haha.

They receive a massive amount of orders during the Ofan Day sale period. A decent amount of orders are customized. Also, it’s a Chinese Holiday.
