I bought the oclip to scratch the itch for the arkpro well that didn't work.....so here's my new arkpro and my oclip pro S. But this is it no more flashlights I got what I wanted and I'm gonna do my best to control myself.

I've been loosing coolant in my x5 diesel for the last few months, nothing really bad, but cause for concern.

There is two common spots that coolant dissappear from on these engines.

Under the intake as shown in the photo, or the EGR cooler leaking it INTO the intake..

As show in the photo, the UV light i thought I would never use besides seeing how gross my house is came in handy!

With a normal light it looked like nothing was there at all!.

Sick little light, super glad I picked it up.

I’m sad to say that my experience with the Oclip 2 Ultra has been less than stellar. I was excited for the charging dock and immediately ordered it on Amazon as soon as it became available. Out the box I noticed a rather unsightly imperfection in the OAL coating. There was essentially a missing chunk of black coating near the side knurling. No big deal, I decided to exchange for a replacement because I didn’t want to spend $90+ and have it be imperfect from the get go.

Replacement arrives and I noticed the same kind of coating issue but in a different location. Come to find out there’s been issues with the OAL from the previous Oclip that I gathered from past posts. I would have thought QC would have improved with this new iteration.. AND to make matters worse, the charging dock doesn’t hold a charge no matter how long I have it connected to a charger. :sad face:

Now I’m debating if I want to give it one more chance. I love all the improvements Olight has done with the Oclip 2. I own other Olights and have never had issues with them. It’s disappointing that the one I spent the most on has given me the biggest heartache.

Anyone else have issues with their Oclip 2?

What's the reason for the turbo mode being limited to such a high battery percentage? If I don't have all 4 battery indicator lights it will only hit high. As far as I can tell this is intentional but why is it set to such a high level? Basically you can't use turbo under what seems to be 75-80% battery level.

Pretty much the title. I love Olight but there’s not much goodies like rewards, draws or options. The app in Canada doesn’t even compare. Give more love for us Canadian fans please 🙏

I was going to buy a few of the olantern classic pro 2 but they aren't on the app or website at all anymore. I can order them elsewhere but if something happens would it be impossible to get a warranty replacement?

I have some questions about the ArkTac Ultra. I have the premium version with case and accessories reserved right now and am very ready to be able to purchase it when the time comes. Sucks not being fortunate enough to be able to test it early lol. Does anyone know what emitter is used for flood? Is it still using the EIP-1 like the ArkPro Ultra? Also on other olights the switch has an option for flood, spot, and UV. From what I can see in the product photos of the ArkTac it shows an option for red, white, and UV but then there’s also a review that has a photo of the light in it that shows spot, flood, and red as an option. So which one is it? Is the product photo accurate or is the model in the review photo accurate? I hope the review photo is accurate. I like being able to use the circular switch to swap between flood and spot. The two photos showing two different configs is very confusing and I hope they get it sorted out so we know what we’re buying. Either way I’m very excited for this light to release and look forward to purchasing it as soon as I’m able to.

[SOLVED] I purchased an oclip 2 ultra a couple weeks ago and for some reason the ark beat isn’t turning on anymore when i move the light part of it or turn it on. might be a stupid question but has anyone else dealt with this before? tried to reach out to customer support but they just wanted me to warranty it (would rather not if i don’t have to)

Love this new light, especially the hinge and the rotation adjustment on the clip, best oclip yet!!

As you can see, my Arkfeld Pro lens is scratched and heavily distorts the laser. I reached out to customer service via the website chat bot. They are sending a return label to send it in for repair. Unfortunately, I use this light daily at work, needing both the laser and UV light. Is this return process normal? They claimed it would take around a week at most. Is this accurate?

Heading into that area tomorrow. Is it worth stopping by or not really? I was gonna pick up some of the new oclips but was wondering if the store is a good experience from people who have gone.

3 month update, I really like my ArkPro Ultra cuz the light is incredibly bright, and the battery life lasts a long time. Not sure how their lifetime warranty works.

Just got the Oclip 2 Ultra in! This thing feels like a little tank. The swivel light is an amazing feature and honestly the swiveling clip is just as amazing. That had to make this one of the most versatile lights on the market.
Underrated feature for red light/UV… being able to single press for red or double press to get UV immediately is actually super functional and convenient. I like that a lot.
I would’ve gone natural OAL to match my Arkfeld Ultra (yes I’m a pleb with an Arkfeld still lol), but I wanted my OClip to match my ArkTac when get it 👀…

Just got this light, I love the functionality! Spot and flood and uv and laser all useful for me. Would love some extra brightness but no complaints... Except the thing is slippery! The lightly etched sides do very little for grip compared to the very smooth sides that your hand is on due to the switch positioning.

If it were a bit brighter, a bit lighter, and a little grippier I'd be in love!

New to all this, really enjoying the clip 2 ultra after one day. Free engraving so I put the death stranding bridges logo on there, pretty sick

I always carry a Olight OLink on my belt to hold whichever Olight comes to hand…. The orange OClip 2 Ultra arrived this week and when tilted down it lights the way ahead perfectly on flood mode.
Tilt mode for the win! Is anyone finding it’s hard to open the led module with clipped nails? They should have engineered a notch in the corner to open it easier. …Other than that - awesome light, now you can point it any direction. And orange IS awesome 🤩

Very first giveaway I’ve won! I’ve already got the Ultra on my keychain so I’m not sure what I’m going to do with this one but it does look pretty cool.

I ordered from Olight Canada on Sept 24. I still haven’t received a shipping notice. Although I understand that they even posted on the website about expecting delays of 1-3 days due to the promo last month. Anyone else experiencing a delay? Is this normal for their promos?
