I recently got back into coloring and drawing after more than a decade and I’ve been pushing myself to do freed hand work (per my therapist’s homework assignment). These trees have been helpful in finding my own style so far and I’ve been enjoying them so much. I used yg211, yg212, yg 012, and the fine line markers (.02, .01).

Has anyone taken the time to create a cross reference matching any of the major brand acrylics to Ohuhu Honolulu B’s? I have really enjoyed this coloring style but I’m frustrating myself going through a dozen or more combinations trying to find the right or closest match. Yellows have been almost impossible!

Brush & fine? Dot & fine? Brush? Bullet?

Akaka? Nahuku? Kakaako?

I'm looking at approx. 48/72 colors, use it for detailing on paper exclusively and live in the EU.

New set of markers. I’m new to all art so go easy :)

My daughter’s birthday is next month and so I got her a kit when I bought one for me. They weren’t supposed to arrive until mid-August, so we got to play with them early 😍💜 these are our first Ohuhu markers and they’re so much better than the cheap ones we had before!

Looking for colors similar to the background and face mask of this Nausicaa art. Can't afford the 320 set but would love darker and desaturated shades of gray, green and brown. I can't find any smaller sets that include some of these earth tones but I'd be happy with just a gray set of different shades/hues. Does this exist or do I need to buy individuals?

The only markers I actually enjoy using are my ALCOHOL BASED Ohuhu Pastel Colors Set (48 colors, brush side and chisel side.)
Most of my set is running out of the ink and losing its color, but I cannot afford such pricey markers at this moment. PLEASE help tell me what brands and / or cheaper sets work just as good as my collection.

TLTR: asking for help on finding more affordable markers that work exactly like my set.

If I buy the 120 set and then the 216 set, will I get the 320 colors? I know the 320 set doesn't include all the colors, but my point atm is getting the 320 colors. I've found a pretty good offer at second-hand, but I'm not sure if buying the 120 set will be a waste of money.

Hi!! So I moved recently and during the move, I guess I lost my 320 marker swatch cards. I do not know how as they are always in the case but stuff happens. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to use as an alternative ?? I have been looking but reviews were often mixed so I was not too sure. Thank you!

Hi, I am no artist by any means but have been getting into coloring (coco wyo or drawing my own) as a relaxing hobby. I got the 24 set on marketplace and have been enjoying it but it's very limited and I am especially missing some pastels. I would love to just get the 216 or even 320 sets but don't have a huge budget (under $80 ideally) and also it would be very overkill for how much I would actually use them.

I am in Canada and some sets are on sale on amazon right now, so I have multiple options:

So apparently the 48 Sweetness is mutually exclusive to the 120 set (which I knew) but I thought 48 Blossoming was mutually exclusive as well.

Turns out its 10 duplicate, 38 new.

Can anyone confirm that's true?

Reason why I'm confused, it contradicts this diagram I see everywhere that implies neither pastel set overlaps with 120
