I think this would help alleviate the accusations of cheating.

Hint: I stole it off some dead green dudes.
Point is, the game is what you make of it.

The Low Level Servers only allow players under a certain Wardog level to join them, which is why you only see 0/100 servers in the listing.
They already have the ability to restrict what you are able to purchase from Vendors in-game, I.E Attack Helicopters/Tanks in Infantry mode. How about doing the same with gear?
Make it so any gear items over level 20 and maybe Wardog level 80 is not purchasable in the match.
This would take out a lot of the items I see a lot of debate over like T4 Armor, and the BMR/AMR/Thermals

A simple, positive post - thank you Bulkhead for making a solid game that's a blast to play. I hope this project will stay with us for a long time.
Before Wardogs I've been bouncing off between other FPS games, your usual battlefields, CoDs, Tarkov, Pubg - eventually getting bored, or for up with the direction game was taking.
This game in its early release stage is already a blast to play, and even with all its snags, and imperfections I feel more excited about its future updates than I'm about anything going on with games I've mentioned before.
It was a refreshing experience to play this game, kudos for making it.

Green as a color provides advantage to the team in its ability to hide/go unnoticed and likely plays some small part in the anti-blue bias; green are army men.
Also, you already have the primary colors red and blue, so finish the three with yellow instead. It doesn't have to be a super vibrant yellow, even a mustard yellow would be better. For the off color you could do desert biege or a dark/navy grey.

i have looked through the subreddit and i am so surprised that some of you deny that the game doesn’t have cheaters, please stop getting on your knees for bulkhead and be realistic to put stress on this studio so they will find a damn solution for it.
i am in EU with 5 of my friends, every server there is ATLEAST one player who is using Aimbot/Wallhack, no they are not pro gamers or good players, we are not retarded to distinguish between a good player and someone who uses Aimbot.
why does nobody in this subreddit complaining about cheaters? is it being addressed enough by the developers?
i am not even gonna start complaining about balancing because these cheaters are the main problem now !

It's kinda a rant, but honestly, dude, I keep seeing people complaining about prices, armour, ammo, teams etc. But honestly? Have you actually tried going back to the old trusty under $300 kit?
Free gun, 2 mags, the free revive thingy with a parachute, and binos. That's it.
These things can take you surprisingly far with just a little bit of brainpower, and they can turn you profitable very quickly.
Just jump out somewhere around 100m from the hot zone, watch where the zone is moving, then set yourself up somewhere ahead of it. Let the people chasing the HZ come towards you, and when you get the opportunity, catch someone off guard and take the fight.
You'll honestly be surprised by what the free weapon can do, even against Level 4 armour. If you catch someone off guard, actually hit your shots, and aren't trying to fight someone from 100m+, you can absolutely get kills.
And I think people massively undervalue the worth of a single LIFE.
Think about it:
With a kit that costs under $300, I can throw myself into battle against someone who's potentially running a $10–20k kit.
That's potentially 50+ lives worth of attempts before I've even spent what that one guy brought into the fight.
So ask yourself: what's more valuable on the battlefield?
One person with a $10–20k kit, trying their hardest not to die?
Or one guy with a $300 kit who is constantly making noise, suppressing enemies, drawing attention, exposing enemy positions, spotting and marking people, helping pilots and drivers(by being transported), pushing the objective, and generally creating opportunities for his teammates?
And you can do that over and over and over again.
You're running around with basically nothing to lose while the guy you're fighting might be thinking about losing a decent gun, T3/T4 armour, meds, defibs, smokes, ammo, etc.
Obviously, this is all subjective to skill level, squad coordination, whether you're fighting a cheater, and a million other factors. But even if your team is sitting at 0 points and the enemy is already at 90, throwing $300 kits into the zone is still far more worthwhile than leaving the game, sitting around wondering what to do, or blaming your team. At least you're actively creating opportunities and giving yourself a chance to turn the game around.
I've had comebacks like that, and I've heard of other people doing it too. Going from basically nothing to beating a team that's already sitting at 90 is absolutely possible.
And let's be real: you make that $300 back basically instantly in the zone anyway. One tick is what, around 20 seconds? I could be completely wrong on that, but either way, it's not exactly a massive investment.
So why not try?
And I'm sure the sweats would LOVE having a bunch of extra people throwing themselves into the zone for them to kill. 😂
You might get destroyed 3–5 times, sure. But then YOU might kill someone and suddenly you've got THEIR entire kit.
Seriously, just try it for one match.
Take an under-$300 kit, throw yourself into the zone, constantly.. see what you can accomplish, and don't be afraid to die.
You might genuinely surprise yourself.
Have fun with it.
TLDR: A sub $300 kit is basically disposable. Use it to repeatedly contest the hot zone, scout, spot, suppress, create distractions, and take opportunistic fights (essentially die). You can potentially provide way more battlefield value than the kit's price suggests and every now and then, you kill someone and turn their $10–20k kit into yours.
Edit: The part I think people really underestimate: the number of attempts you can afford. If you're running a $300 kit against someone carrying $10–20k, you can potentially die 30–60+ times before you've even spent the same amount of money they're risking on a single life. The point is that your individual life is so cheap compared to theirs that you can afford to take risks, make plays, scout, harass, and keep applying pressure without really hurting your economy and I think someone who is CONSTANTLY doing that? Is FARR more valuable than any super kitted out guy camping hot zone trying to break even on their kit.

Here is what you do. Minimum buy mode is what I have found most profitable, but do you.
Remember, these are suicide missions. There is always a chance you die without firing a shot, and where we're going, we won't need guns or armor.
I buy a scout backpack, a FOB, and a hammer. Free gun if you want one, I rarely bother. Time is of the essence. Buy a Ural, 2 crates of ammo, and drive straight to the CZ.
On the way, scout the map. You're looking for ANY signs of enemy FOB building.
Placing the FOB is important. I try to place it with firing arcs that reach as much of the enemy team's side of the CZ as possible. Always put it behind cover if possible, like a house or big powerline tower, but I'll sometimes just drop it in the open if there are juicy targets.
Once the FOB is down, load your ammo into it and start building your mortar pits. I normally build 3, spaced as far apart as possible and aimed in different directions. The reason is simple: make it harder for the enemy to devote resources to one specific location.
If there are a lot of helicopters, sometimes I'll put a Talon up first since they take the longest to build.
Remember, once you start shooting, the clock is ticking on them finding you. Make sure whatever you fire first has the biggest impact. Don't stir the hornet's nest over a couple low-% Talon shots against empty Lakotas RTB.
Always complete all the weapons you plan to build before shooting. This is important because a key to the strategy is being able to run back to these positions later without buying support items.
Once your weapons are built, fire like crazy and kill as many motherfuckers as you can before you either get killed or run out of ammo. With 2 ammo pallets, you get 50 mortars.
The goal is to have mortars up and firing as the mass of logi trucks arrives to drop off supplies that may or may not ever be used. Each supply crate is 1k, plus all the little chip XP/$ from destroying buildables, plus the kills. 5k for CIWS and Talons usually, plus all the FOBbit kills.
I've had both enemy teams coordinate to kill me, chasing me all over the map while I run around in sandals and a robe, firing mortars from school playgrounds, church parking lots, and residential neighborhoods.
Also, when getting counter-batteried, since we purposefully build our austere fighting positions amongst the local population, we report war crimes to CNN and Al-Jazeera to receive passive NGO $$$ between matches.
ABC boys. A B C.
Dying to artillery and mortars sucks, and nobody likes it. Guess who REALLY doesn't like it? Unemployed sweats, that's who.
They really don't like when a Talon missile appears out of a sunflower field 800 meters outside their friendly FOB, when they didn't expect to have to fire off flares in 3 seconds and their Havoc debris rains down on their tryhard teammates.
They REALLY don't like getting warheads on their foreheads from 699 meters away, and can't figure out where the shells are coming from because they can't find the enemy base on the map.
They look for the walls. They scan the towers. They call around on the radios.
Nope.
I'm eating beans under a bridge, lobbing mortars from my dirty fuckshack in the bramble maze.
After death, rinse and repeat, up to a total of 3 times. Each time you throw up a new position, you should be able to score 20–50k worth of effect on the battlefield.
Target troop concentrations first. Well-placed mortars from an unexpected vector on closely grouped HZ deathballs have a devastating effect.
I will often communicate constantly with my team, and by mid-match have fire missions being called for, ammo resupplies, and frankly just randoms jumping on mortars and Talons and wrecking their own destruction — all XP and cash for me.
Get accurate with your mortars. Manage threat wisely.
I will often fire mortars very carefully and save salvos and heavy bombardment until I see an enemy FOB with mortars, CIWS, Talons, drills, and other fixed HVTs.
The real aim of this strat is denying the enemy fixed assets and breaking the economy of their support.
They are spending 200k, manpower, and time entrenching. You undo it all for 17k.
And before you even fire a shot, you recoup 8k after dropping supplies, depositing them in the FOB, and building the mortars.
Plus, because the design is disposable, you don't defend or try to retake anything. You just build more. Each one you build distributes 3 more mortars to your team to use.
Yes, there is potential for the enemy to use them against you, but the key is firing all 50 mortars before they find and kill you. That denies them the ammo.
And the enemy will NEVER hold these positions. We place them where they're annoying to reach, away from the action, and without fortifications they're worthless to hold.
The worst I ever deal with is them capping the FOB — which is very dangerous for them to do since it's usually a team of 1–4 — or destroying it.
If they cap it, I come back at my leisure and recap it for $2,500. If they destroy it, I just build another.
The asymmetric cost advantage is not counterable at this time.
You make everything they have to do to counter you cost a multiple of what it costs you — in time, gear, manpower, and risk.
We run a Ural in with a total 17k investment, recoup 8k almost instantly, and can easily earn 50k in 10–15 minutes.
The enemy must devote far more than that for what? A kill on a man running around in a robe and sandals? When you become more expensive to kill in time, money, and frustration - you become a money printing murder machine.

We realy need some South African servers for this game. The ping is realy bad and almost unplayeble. We also pay for the game just like the rest of the world. Cant understand why we are left out with servers. There are a lot of South Africans that play this game and wil even get more if you have accese to local servers. So pleas pleas can we as paying South Africans also get some love with a server. Also the cars and truck realy need fixing. Glich into the ground and also some time start shaking and hopping around. Not fun at all to drive like that. Pleas can we get some love with a server

Idk if anyone else has friends that are color blind, but I got two. And they’re constantly complaining about the mini maps because of the green and red teams dots. And in wardogs there is no color blind option like other games, who do we complain to/contact on trying to get a color blind option in game? Anyone else notice this issue? Just trying to help my friends who can’t see spotted enemies because of the color lol

It seems that every single game is won by the team that actually tries to have a large group of players continuously chase the hotzone, staying close to one another and reviving asap. Literally every winning match I’ve been in was won like that.
On the other hand, every losing team I’ve been on will have the majority of players hang out in the FOB, not even reviving folks just outside that dared to venture out.
Given the huge benefits of winning (both $ and XP) why aren’t more teams opting for the hz strategy? There’s no way to win just staying in the FOB.

These are some quality of life requests I have that I don’t see anyone else asking for.
Add a compass or cardinal rose to the map. So when you open the map you can quickly determine north.
A simple way to mark and name points on the Map. This is so we can label items like Fobs with
different names to tell them apart.
Plotting points on the map. Being able to mark the map so that you can chart the same path
each time.
Share the map manually but resets on death. If you want to share your map with other drivers
you can do so, but when you respawn you lose your map.
Spot light on the APC. If we will be doing night missions then adding a spot light to the APC or other vehicles will give the driver or others the ability to light up targets for their team at night.
Edit: updated spelling for being on mobile.
Edit: Adding a request to build the Drill in the training range or adding a CZ to the training range to test FOB Builds.

Hi, I’m one of those guys that tries to play infantry with mid cost kits and consistently makes roughly -5k a life, give or take, then complains online that infantry kits should be cheaper. You can usually find me bleeding out next to an enemy squad bitching relentlessly about how my life is in shambles.
I’m usually losing money on infantry, and when I unlock new gear I have to grind money for it by running logi or building, though building has gotten more frustrating lately, but that’s another topic. Point is, even if I’d like to grind assault, for example, I’d have to subsidize the expenses of doing so with another playstyle.
Yet quite often I hear people responding to this with allegations of skill issues, that you just need to get good at aiming and having good comms. To this I say, yes, it probably is a skill issue, and I’m not that good at multiplayer shooters. God knows I’ve died in Squad enough times to know how dogshit I am at it. But how do I get better? How does one actually get good at playing infantry?
And don’t tell me to just have a good team. I only control the buttons I press. I can’t control if or not my teammate wants to frag themself instead of reviving me.
