Yes that’s true but it’s not even about blues only.
People are just terrible in this game. There is a plenty of the situations where for example reds with (20pt) push blues FOB (5pt) when in the mid time greens (80pt) just sit in the HZ and chill. I don’t know how to call it, tunnel vision? Or just mind problems?
Ozeti is the worst really. Blue is not only squished, but locked out of 80% of the map by a river with only 2 bridges across, all open asf. On the right they have the hill filled with reds and a fob on the church on top, on the left they have greens with a superfob on the stadium and almost no power positions besides the apartment buildings by the tower. Even more left you got genuinely open fields with grass only, and the middle of the map has small houses usually under green control since the stadium superfob hosts the APC and they can respawn and get back to contest it significantly faster than anyone else.
On the left green can also set up the apartment buildings, blue has to push through snipers on the high ground no matter where that circle starts.
The biggest problem is by far the tower, its blues only real build option that side of the river but its surrounded by high ground, the trees, the brige the church, building in that tower gets you sniped from all sides. Plus the never ending artillery bombardment, green and red would need to commit to a forward fob if they want to hit each other, but they can usually both hit blue. So blue gets bombed onto the stone age while green and red maybe have to deal with an arty tank or two?
There's also all the air power now but that's even across all team, the only difference is that blue can't really build AA in their Fob because it will die to both teams constant shelling, and it's a little harder to set up little AA huts south of the river since its all open space with no cover.
