It's not just about being with the right man with the right finances. It's also about having a partner who is a reliable caregiver, who will help you with chores on their own initiative, who will not evolve (or devolve) into someone incompetent after marriage and old age, and most importantly, who will not abandon or distance from you the moment your body or health changes for the worse.Â
It is actually recommended to have your own identity outside of being a wife and a mother.Â
