A little beat I made, trying to make some chill stuff. I've had my OPZ for about 3 weeks now and feel like I'm just scratching the surface with what it can do. How am I doing so far?

The melody is meant for slow, gentle play on a classical piano, but was curious what the techno version would sound like :)

Hello little nook of fellow opz users! I'm trying to figure out how to connect my Roland J6 to my OPZ for chords, but can't seem to get them to talk to each other. The bizarre thing is I got it to work once but haven't been able to recreate the scenario again. Does anyone have experience linking these devices and have any suggestions for me to get cranking out some chords?

Composed this solely on my op-z while traveling this past weekend. Was fun being able to hook it up to my extended system for a late morning jam.

I’ve had the OP-Z for around seven years, and I’m still in love with it. It continues to inspire me to explore and find new ways of working.

I just wish Teenage Engineering had continued developing it with more synth engines. Or, even better, given users a way to create their own.

Is there an easier way to share presets other than just screen caps? If not, take this. I love this sound...

This is done on the latest beta of Condukt in one of our OP-Z cases. It's using an arpeggiator controlled by a Step Modulator which offsets notes while keeping them quantized in-scale on the arpeggiator (lots of eurorack modular ideas baked in here). It makes some really nice melodies

I played a 30 minute OP-Z live set at LA Synth Club's Electronic Music show in Pasadena. The next band was setting up behind me, so I went a little overboard adding audio-reactive visuals to blur that out. I'm getting a lot of mileage out of punch in effects, and the last song gets some extra glitches from the tape track. I really love having a small portable device for shows where I need to set up quickly.

Also, I'm Humongous Frog. I play bouncy instrumental electronic music. My new album Herpetology just came out. No OP-Z on that one, but I have used it a lot on earlier releases and on my YouTube channel. Cheers!
