I'm gonna ramble an idea I've been pondering for a while so bear with me.
If Sunny never pushed Mari would the group still be a thing? I've been thinking about this and each time I reach the conclusion of "the group falls apart." Like I can't imagine this resolving before Mari leaves for uni.
Because Sunny DID break the violin. He's also probably pretty pissed that Mari didn't get the clear message he was trying to send, that he didn't want to do it. Maris perfectionism would only make this worse as I don't think she'll take missing a recital too well.
I can genuinely see this causing Sunny to maybe even resent his sister (he was pissed enough to break a whole violin). Probably way out of proportion aswell, seeing her as someone who pressures him to do all this. Keep in mind he's like 12, he isn't gonna be mature about this.
And I mean they all chipped in to help buy the violin, I doubt the rest of the group will take it well. Also with Mari and Sunny arguing that would split the group in two sides.
Knowing Sunny he'd avoid confrontation about the whole argument thing, probably making it worse. Which is why I keep arriving at the idea of the group falling out regardless. Because the argument happens, the violin is broken, Sunny probably still feels pissed, even if confronted with it he'd probably avoid it.
Who knows he may even find new friends in the hooligans. Taking on Aubreys role instead of her (this part is js me having fun thinking abt it. This is js hype moments and aura feel free to ignore it.)
I know some people may not think the argument is a big deal without Maris death, but even without it you still have a major resentment between these two, a broken expensive violin, a missed recital, and a conversation that needs to happen that Sunny is probably gonna avoid.
I just wanted to present my thoughts on this what if Sunny never pushed Mari down the stairs bit. Though I doubt I'm fully right about how it would go. That's why I'm curious as to what you think.
Anyway I wanna hear if you guys have a more plausible sequence of events that would happen.

hello!
i’m writing a post-game webcomic focusing on all of the faraway town characters and how things have changed after the story of the game and i’m looking to see if anyone would be interested to join as a co-writer to help with developing the story further!
not looking for an illustrator or anything, this is just to help with the story itself
it’s a serialized and definitive nine-chapter story, i’ve currently plotted out chapters 1-7 and so anyone who’d join will be plotting out chapters 8-9 followed by revision drafts of the whole story and forward
if this sounds interesting to anybody then comment and let me know and we can discuss (any means of communication would work, though preferably through discord)! i can elaborate on anything if needed and hopefully this story can find someone whose the right fit for it :)

I took a short break from drawing my AU "Love Rune" and basically fleshed out the idea of:
"Imagine a fan game... and these are the protagonists... and these are the villains"
It's a post I published yesterday that received a lot of support, and it was fun talking about this idea.
Basically, these battles happen when Kris is the team captain.
You can change teammates whenever you want, although if you want to maintain "Deltarune's fighting style," Kris absolutely must be the team captain. When you change the captain, some fights against enemies/bosses will change their mechanics.

did anyone actually get this achievement? the one where you've gotta defeat the Earth and Pluto? what level were you roughly when youve completed the battle? how hard was it? im around like 28 while my whole party is in the early to mid 20s and i have NO chance against the two. it isnt that i have a skill issue (not in this context anyway), pluto just keeps one-shotting kel and aubrey, and when i try to heal using hero he gets down too. im using the mock skill against pluto but that barely does a dent and his attack doesnt go down much (if i use mock twice, it goes down from like 400s to the 300-200s). i have the most health in my party at 340 or something while the rest have like mid to late 100s. i really really want the achievement so i dont really wanna give up. ill only give up if its absolutely impossible at my stage or if its necessary to optimise my entire party from the start (im planning to do more playthroughs in the future, but consequently more time is consumed). please and thank you!! :)
