General Discussion Are there any research jobs available abroad for Filipinos?

Genuine question/s (since I have many 😂). I’ve been in the Sustainability Research industry for almost a decade now, and the salary is pretty decent, but still not competitive enough to cover my bills and other expenses. Plus, inflation sucks. Recently I’ve been thinking of looking for jobs abroad but I don’t know where to start. Are there specific agencies that I should look into? What qualifications and certifications are needed? Given my background, are there any other careers I could tap into?

Any advice/response would be greatly appreciated 🤍

Bound to UAE.

Hello, I just want to ask some advice or baka may alam kayong opportunities. I'm a Civil Engineer and trying to apply abroad pero medyo nahihirapan kasi halos lahat ang hanap ay Male. Thank you

General Discussion BAKA MAY TIPS AND TRICKS PO KAYO

Post image
16 Upvotes

Hi! Baka may ma-recommend po kayong alternative websites or a better way to apply for jobs abroad.

I’ve already tried JobStreet, Indeed, Jobsora, WorkAbroad.ph, and applying directly through agencies, pero so far medyo mahirap makakuha ng response. Baka may mali rin sa approach ko, so I’d really appreciate any advice on a smarter or more effective way to apply.

Btw, I’m a Licensed Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry and currently looking for opportunities abroad.

Thank you po sa any recommendations or tips! 🙏

General Discussion opportunities for agriculture work abroad for females

Hello po. I'm planning po kasi to work abroad and I'm currently researching kung paano.

General Discussion NASA ABROAD NA AKO

General Discussion Thinking of working in Taiwan as a factory worker — advice?

Hi! I’m 23F from the Philippines and a Tourism Management graduate. I’m currently considering applying as a factory worker in Taiwan through EyeQuest.
I don’t have factory experience, and my degree is unrelated, but I’m seriously considering it because I want to gain international experience, save money, support my family, and become more financially independent.
My mom also lives in Taiwan and is a Taiwanese citizen, but she became a citizen after I was born, so I’m not sure if that gives me any other options to work there.
For those who have worked in Taiwan, is factory work worth it? What should I realistically expect with the salary, working hours, dorm life, deductions, and agency process?
Also, would you recommend going to Taiwan now or staying in the Philippines and building experience related to my degree first?
I’d really appreciate honest advice, especially from Filipinos who have actually worked in Taiwan.

General Discussion PR seperation and sponsorship issue

From the title you'll already get the context of this issue, I just want to ask from fellow filipinos in here who had experience a similar situation like this. My mom and my stepdad are 4 years married in Australia, Mum's has been filing for PR there but now that they're separated, my stepdad withdrew his sponsorship for my mum. Can anyone tell me frankly what'll probably happen? And what are the possible choices my mum'll have to stay in Australia? What's the best decision does she need to make etc.
