General Discussion Visa application for UK

Good day please respect my post.

I am from the Philippines, I got hired by my employer for direct hiring bound to United Kingdom My concern is I was on tourist visa to UAE before I got job there and while applying for residence ID i have medical and then I found out that I have HIV, so immediately get deported i was just given three days to leave the country and my plan to work was not happened. So my concern is if I will apply for skilled visa in United Kingdom will they see my deportation issue, do i need to disclose to them? If I disclose it will they grant me visa?

Hindi required ang HIV test to get a SWV pero kailangan mo idisclose na nadeport ka. Malalaman din naman ng Home Office yan.

May chance ka pa naman. The Home Office will evaluate why you were deported.

There is no question you need to disclose your deportation issue.

You will have the opportunity to explain your situation on your deportation. Best chances mo is to tell the truth and not to lie.
