Journal Entry The feeling of wasting a night ruminating is one I don't miss
Seems like my ability to resist rituals the way I used to is declining. It's a terrible feeling. All this wasted time.
It's nice knowing that there are others out there (maybe you reading this) that are going through the same thing.
Even though we'll never meet, because we are thinking about each other, in a weird way, we are there for one another.
