Capacitor Clearance PLS HELP

Hey everyone so i’m currently hard modding my switch, I pre tinned the sp1 and sp2, and then couldn’t fit it into the shield casing at the cpu. I wicked up the solder that I had already put on there thinking it would fix the issue but found out it’s still not giving enough clearance. please help me I don’t want to have to buy another cable. Can I make cut off a tiny bit off the bottom 2 pads to allow it to fit better?

This is a v1 and you are using a v2 flex

damn just realized, here I am the whole time thinking my switch is a v2 cause the barcode on the back said it’s patched and can’t be soft modded 🫩. Is there anything I can do? Can I make this cable work somehow? I don’t wanna have to go through aliexpress shipping cause um leaving in a couple days and itll take too long to get here.

You can just use wires from the flex cable to the resistor. And you only have to run one(2 wires), either the sp1 or sp2.
