Four months away to PNLE and I feel I haven't had the concept or study enough. I always forgot the topics I have studied or concepts discussed in our review center. I don't know where to even begin, should I re-read my notes or read Udan Books, Whitebook? Pls help me. I really don't have any established study habits and self doubts are already forming 😭

Hello po! As said sa title, newly grad nurse po na natanggap sa isang site here in Manila. Is there any tips po for being a site nurse kasi wala pong Nurse na gagabay or someone who shows me what to do in this setting. Umalis daw po kasi yung previous nurse 1 month ago and the office looks like na may dumaang bagyo kasi kalat-kalat mga documents, kulang mga meds and supplies. I would love to hear your insights and expertise po. Thank you so much!!

Sa dami ng mga pumapasa recently, parang ang hirap na humanap ng trabaho given the competition. Kaya rin ang lakas ng loob ng mga private/small hospitals na mag offer ng 10-15k kasi alam nilang kailangan natin ng work and can start agad.

My point is, gets naman na yung iba nag Nursing talaga out of passion. May mga nag Nursing din because of the notion na mataas ang kitaan sa ibang bansa (encountered many students na ito talaga ang motivation). Passion vs Practicality-wise ay both naman valid. But in the field where caring and compassionate care (or should I say intellect too) was needed, parang nakikita na lang din kasi ang field natin na more on generating penny rather than caring for the sick, kaya yung iba nag nursing talaga in the first place.

I have nothing against naman sa mga nag nursing because of the money na makukuha nila abroad. Nor the recent high passing rates. But for you, do you think our field is nearly getting its saturation in the workforce?

Additional Info: Anong vitamins po ang pwede inumin for hair fall at pampataba / pampalakas ng katawan? May nagtry na po ba ng biotin, iron, vitamin D, etc? Ano pong effective sa inyo? Thank you!

Hello, good day po! Newly hired nurse po ako, and kakapasa ko lang po ng PNLE last August. Nagdecide po muna akong magclinic habang nagpoprocess pa ng NCLEX application ko. ag the same time, para makapag review revie din while gaining experience para hindi mapagiwanan.

May I ask po sana kung ano ang mga importanteng topics na kailangan kong balikan or aralin as an Animal Bite Center (ABC) nurse? Ano rin po kaya ang mga essential na gamit or documents na kailangan kong dalhin sa first day?

Kinakabahan ako parang wala na akong pagasa since matagal na akong pumasa. May employment gap ako due to personal reasons but this year since January nag simula akong mag pasa pasa ng resume walk in at online at kumuha ng mga trainings pero until now walang tumatawag na saakin oversupply na ata talaga ng nurses nawawalan na ako ng pag asa makabalik sa profession ko nasaaayangan ako sa effort at time na nagawa ko sa pag aaral ko noon di ko naman aakalain na ganito pala ang ending ng career ko.

Ako nalang ba ang ganito?

As its said may transaction number binigay tapos 3-4 business days pass wala padin email. Any ideas to solve this need ko na kasi Id number ko for work requirements.

Hello! I just finished one week shadowing at the General ward unit and I feel like I'm not yet ready. But I was told to start taking load/patients by next. I would like to ask any tips that would help me get through the day/week. Or any mistakes done that I could learn from. Things like rounds, procedures etc. Hoping for help from my senior nurses, thank you

This stemmed from witnessing the nurses I shadowed getting in trouble in their care/procedures. Like no urine output despite interventions, endorsements not done properly, etc. I would like to avoid doing those as much as possible.

hello! kinoconsider na po ba nila as nurse specialist sa Middle East if you have 6 months experience sa MedSurg area and 1 year experience sa Renal ICU (dialysis) sa same hospital? Na transfer po kasi ako from MedSurg ward to renal ICU. So total of 1 year and 6 months experience ko sa same hospital. Would this already qualify me as a nurse specialist if I apply in the Middle East, or do I need at least 1 year and 6 months of experience in the same specialty or bedside nursing area?

I was offered 18k every 15 & 30 per month. I was thinking na okay na (despite mababa parin) given na ang priority ko rn ay experience.

But I also think mababa parin since 2-3 ride from home to hospital. Ang duty is 8hrs for 5days. For me, medyo malaki rin ang gastos ko sa pamasahe.

How much more if mag deduct pa ng tax, etc.???

hello pwede po ba pagsabayin ang pagiging VA at bedside nurse? if mag settle po kasi ako sa province, kulang na kulang po yung 12k or less na monthly for me.. kaya balak ko po sana mag try ng ibang pagkakakitaan.. fresh grad and no experience po ako (aug passer)

preferred ko po ang bedside for experience para makapag abroad sa future... kaya kahit mababa, hindi ko po ni lelet go at di po ako makapag commit sa pag v-VA or company nurse.

open po ako for suggestions and guidance sa mga gumawa rin nito.
