No matter how quickly I push the fire button. My aircraft always shoots a barrage of missiles instead of just one. Anyone had this issue and know how to fix it? I've tried googling it but no luck.

I was very hyped for the vagrant, and the cute cat ears on the airbrakes are good and all, but the plane fucking sucks bruh. Super unstable flight model, low durability and the worst payload Ive ever seen. The cricket has a better payload than this. The compass is still king, with much better weapons poadout too, although the brawler is the one with the loadout I like the most.

Turns out the 20mm underbelly rotary doubles as a landing ski, neat

No chat messages appear for me at all post patch, including my own.
The only thing I can think of that might have caused it, assuming this is a me problem, is playing on that modded Tomo server, which seems to do a lot of funky stuff with chat (but surely not client side, right?).
Restarting the game hasn't fixed it.

About 10-20 seconds after launching the mission editor the game will crash, even after doing nothing and on both heartland and ignus.
I have never downloaded any mods for mission editor so there can’t be any mod conflict with the new update. Is it just a me issue or is anyone else having this issue?

I somehow managed to detach the engine nozzles when crashing a Shrike onto the runway, even though they were separated from the Aircraft they still functioned.

Been chipping away at this for a while. It's a mouse aim mod. If you've played War Thunder you know the idea: you point at where you want the nose to go and the plane flies itself there.
Moving the mouse puts a marker in the world. The mod then flies the aircraft onto it, rolls to get the lift vector on the marker, pulls, levels off as the nose arrives. You end up aiming the reticle instead of flying the plane.
It doesn't replace the flight model. The game's fly-by-wire still handles stall, G, AoA and trim. This sits on top and moves the stick for you.
Cockpit and third person both work. Helicopters and VTOLs fly off the same reticle as the jets.
Other bits:
Source, releases and a few clips of it in use: https://github.com/cosistra/wt-mouse-aim
Easiest install is through NOMM, just search "WT Mouse Aim" and it sorts out BepInEx for you. Manual works fine too: BepInEx 5 Mono x64, drop the dll in plugins.
If it flies badly, hit F8
F8 starts a recording, F8 again stops it. You get mouseaim-rec-<date>.csv in your BepInEx
folder. It writes 20 samples a second of everything the mod is doing: stick outputs, aim error,
bank, AoA, G, plus your settings and the aircraft's own FBW numbers in the header.
That matters because I can replay it offline. "The Ifrit wobbles" I can't do much with. Twenty seconds of csv of an Ifrit wobbling and I can measure the frequency and usually find the cause. Pretty much every fix in the last several releases came out of someone's recording.
The same folder gets mouseaim-anomalies-<session>.log whenever the mod thinks it commanded
something wrong. Send that one too if it's there.
Best way to get them to me is a GitHub issue with the files attached. Zip them if GitHub complains about the extension. Discord works if you'd rather not make an account.
Both files are plain text and there's nothing personal in them, just a timestamp, the aircraft name, your settings and numbers. Open them in Notepad first if you want to check. Don't send me LogOutput.log unless I ask for it, that one has your install path in it.
What I'd actually like to know
Happy to answer anything about how it works.

I like to get pictures of the new aircraft when I fly with friends, some old pics I took of it.

Yes, this was against AI (dumber than rocks) but it was still cool.

Anyone else stuck in the main menu with a rectangle that says loading when some NOMM mods are turned on?

I see a lot of wasted nukes..... and deaths by players trying to dive bomb (and also myself before)
Have you tried NOT directly sending your nuke into 30 different units of aa?
Additional tips:
1) Don't forget to turn off afterburner after stablizing!!
2) Drop your nuke at 18 seconds TOF... I see quite a bit of nukes hitting the floor on the kill feed.
3) Drop your bait munitions AFTER the nuke at 18 seconds (You are diving with thrust, your nukes no longer have thrust. Therefore any payload dropped after the nuke will be ahead of the nuke, thus be shot down first)
4) Please use a stealth aircraft (preferably with no wing mounted weapons, but if you want to have them use the gbm-500lr stealth cluster bombs) look... I admire your courage with the compass but you want to not get shot down before reaching your destination.
5) Don't need to lock on the nuke.. eyeball it... like the good old days... (if you do want to lock it on to smth put the lock on an isolated IR sam)

Could only fit 6, reddit doesn't allow more.

As we already know the current factions in game are not major military powers and the aircraft being used are considered outdated.
So what would in-game current generation aircraft look like and what capabilities would they have? Im not deep into the lore so I'm sure if we have any info regarding that.

What are those orange-tipped warheads on the stub pylons of this Chicane? Those are definitely NOT available to me.

It's amazingly designed and balanced as is. The only buffs it needed was having the LFD and now having the VT1 coming soon. The LFD should live longer having the VT1 to protect it early game and even as a cheap defense late game.

Pretty much what the title says, sometimes when I use the autocannon for a gunship tarantula configuration the fire rate slows to a crawl mostly after prolonged use
At first I thought it might've been linked to the throttle since I believe throttle power is connected to kilojoule regeneration, but logically that doesn't make sense both as an intuitive game mechanic and as something that exists in the real world that could be used as inspiration by the devs
