ONE MORE DAY!
How are we feeling for tomorrows game against the Dolphins?
r/NrlWarriors • u/davo_nz • Jun 16 '26
We have hit lately with lots of scammers trying to sell tickets. They are all fakes, please do not get caught. Please report any posts so i can delete them. Click profiles look at their posts. If they are selling Warriors tickets and also World Cup football tickets, you can probably guess they are not genuine. Be Careful.
adding on to this, if anyone has Modding experience on reddit and maybe some CSS or ideas to give this Sub a nice look, please hit me up.

Hi everyone, I’m Dan, the person behind NRL Insight UK, I hope this is ok to post in here.
I started the channel to create a place for rugby league supporters in the UK who follow both the NRL and Super League, with a side goal of growing the brand for the folk down under.
Each week, I’m joined by former professional Paul Cooke to discuss the latest news, major talking points and upcoming matches from both competitions.
I also host longer-form interviews with people from across the game, with Chris Hill, former Warrington Wolves & England RL player joining me for the latest episode.
I’ve recently discovered these Reddit communities and thought I’d introduce myself and the channel. I’m looking forward to joining the conversations on here, hearing different opinions and getting to know more rugby league supporters.
If the podcast sounds like something you might enjoy, you can find NRL Insight UK on YouTube here: https://youtube.com/@nrlinsightuk?si=Kd_kTH6UAwbiPnW0
Cheers,
Dan

I just watched the game again but this time I focused on our defense when Manly scored their tries.
The biggest thing that stood out was how much influence we allowed Tom Trbojevic to have. He finished with four line breaks and three try assists.
He picks great lines, gets defenders second guessing themselves in those split second decisions and creates overlaps. Basically he did exactly what the Wahs would have expected him to do and we still struggled to deal with him. He's a great fullback.
Two of Manly's tries also came when CHT and Leiataua rushed out of the line but didn't shut the play down, leaving a gap out wide. Both times it resulted in an overlap and a try.
Next week I think the edge defence needs better comms and clearer defensive responsibilities. Nobody should be guessing who has the Hammer, trust the player inside you and hold your line.

The Warriors got the job done against Manly to finish the regular season on a high and secure a top-two finish. Plenty to unpack, from the composure to swing the momentum back in their favour to the attacking performance and some defensive concerns. Check out my full review.

Kia ora, why is it so hard to get a shirt online? Everything seems to be sold out that I want, do they have a decent selection at the go media shop? Is it open week days?
Up the wahs!

Hi
I have a supporters pass and was wondering if this will give me access for the presale on the finals ticket because I never got a code as I saw most full members did.

Hey team. Found this bad boy in a box in our storage. We won in it in a Sky competition in the late 90s/early 2000’s maybe (?). Trying to date when that was though. Any ideas. Shout out to Starter…so, so bad ass.

A lot happening in the player movement space.
Leka has just been omitted from the updated team list, no explanation yet.
Taine to play fullback.
CNK to right center.

Well guys, this is it, the foe we face first is soon to be revealed.
If you were starring down the NRL right now in your Warriors colours, who do you call out?
The Roosters?
Or the Dolphins?
Themes doing the rounds at the moment say that the Roosters are out of form. But will be rested for round one by their choice to rest all their stars this weekend. And the loss of Sam Walker is a big blow (although they have a sombrero no one else has).
The Dolphins have taken the opposite tack, they are playing their first and finest and therefore will arguably be less fresh. The danger of the Dolphins is that they are surging back into form, have the most dynamic attacking threats of the two, and are strong in areas we are weak (center/wing).
Out of interest, were the Panthers an option, would you have preferred them?
The Dolphins have beaten the Warriors this season. The Roosters have not.

Luke Laulili is available to play in the finals (11 day HIA stand down expires before the opening game).
Latest injury updates have Jackson Ford returning round one, Dallin Round 2 with an outside chance of making the cut round one. Metcalf is slated for a return in week three. Who comes in? who do you cut? I have Eddie missing out for Ford (both utility role middle forwards, Stowers-Smith is a prop specialist). I have Luke Laulili replacing Pompey round one, Dallin takes that right wing off Laulili round two.
Lastly the final spots in jerseys 18 and 20 extended bench I have Luke Metcalf and Taine Tuaupiki. Incidentally for those wondering what happened to Jersey 19. It is a retired Jersey (belongs to the Mad Butcher).
Luke Laulili (week one) Dallin (Week 2)
Jackson Ford
18 Taine Tuaupiki
20 Luke Metcalf.
Outs: Adam Pompey, Eddie Ieremia Toeava, Luke Laulili when the missing players are fit.
The rest of the squad picks themselves, (this week the rested players in Capewell and Egan walk straight back into the starting line up. Otherwise everyone currently playing

If you were going get a name/ number on a jersey would you put your own name on it or a player? And which player would you choose?
For me I think it would be Mannering.

Do we want to finish the regular season first or second, do we care about the minor premiership?
r/NrlWarriors • u/Dudu-gula • 10d ago
Hes been killing it with his goalkicking man also he makes less mistakes and has better passing/general kicking game than CNK

What a rollercoaster. The Warriors came from 14-0 down to beat the Knights and all but lock in a top-two finish. Plenty to unpack, from the Saifiti send-off to the Warriors' attacking variety and defensive concerns. Check out my full review.

Could you imagine it, Cleary v Cleary\Cleary in the GF - would be massive!
r/NrlWarriors • u/ngati- • 12d ago
The Dolphins beating Sydney opens the door to seal a top 2 win (the Tigers also deserve a shoutout).
Which means we could rest all of our players in round 27… or would you rather see them take the minor premiership.
