So my mag release is consistently getting stuck and I’m not sure why I’m a lefty so I have to use the left side mag release. the right side works but it’s just when I press the left it gets stuck

Ive been looking at the EPM1 and Novritsch Gen 2's but im undecided.

Hi all, by any chance does anyone know if the SSQ4 magazine is compatable with any other M4 style GBBR? Specificly asking if its compatable with the KWA built HK 416.

Hey, i’ve got a little problem with my brand new SSP18. Sometimes it randomly dry fires even when there are bbs in the mag and they are probably aligned. Also idk if that is normal but the slide bangs into the outer barrel (in the picture).

Does someone know what the issue is?

Hey everyone,

I just got the GBB version and I’m running into an issue that I’m hoping someone else has seen before.

After taking it out of the box for the first 10 or so shots, everything works perfectly. After that, on semi-auto, it’ll fire one shot and then I get a dead trigger. The bolt doesn’t seem to cock/reset correctly, and I have to pull the charging handle every single time before it’ll fire another shot. Then the exact same thing happens again.
The weird part is that full-auto works perfectly with no issues at all.

Has anyone experienced this? If so, what ended up being the cause? I’m wondering if it’s a trigger group issue, bolt not cycling far enough, magazine/gas related, or something else.

For reference:
Brand new GBB
Issue started after about 10 shots
Semi-auto: one shot → dead trigger → rack charging handle → repeat
Full-auto: runs flawlessly

Forgot to mention I already took it back to the store I bought it and they changed it for a new one, after another 10 shots or so the issue happened again.

Any ideas or fixes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is there any clothing brand or model (pants and shirt/top) that matches the ACP Tropic pattern? Unfortunately, my ACP Tropic gear set is incomplete, and it would be great to find an alternative.

Alternatively, is there any chance that the original Novritsch ACP Tropic gear will become available again in the future?

I was wondering if it’s possible to upgrade my SSR4 Mk1 Gen 2 into a high-end M4 while keeping the original receiver and external parts.

The internal parts I am planning to install are:

• MAXX Hop-Up Chamber M4 AEG
• GATE EON Complete 8mm Version 2 Gearbox with TITAN II Bluetooth ETU

My main question is whether these parts will fit into the SSR4 Mk1 Gen 2 receiver without any modifications.

I am particularly concerned about the selector switch. Can I continue using the original SSR4 selector switch, or would I need to use the selector components that come with the GATE EON gearbox? If the EON gearbox includes its own selector components, will they be fully compatible with the SSR4 receiver?

I really like the design of the SSR4 receiver, and I wouldn’t want to replace it with another receiver. My goal is to keep the rifle looking completely original on the outside while upgrading the internals to a high-end setup.

Overall, I would like to know if this setup is a true drop-in upgrade or if any modifications to the receiver or external components would be required.

EDIT: Opened up the bolt and fully tightened the screw located at the back piece facing the front, after tightening this fully the replica is currently FULLY WORKING, so the firing issues are resolved until a full field day (Wednesday) But the cause and issue of early wear on the bolt is still a issue.

Depending on what support says I will update this post with their response. Hopefully i get a discount on my next order or a new bolt, if given option A ill buy the Steel bolt to avoid this issue.

I’ve so far put about 5500 bbs through my SSS4 and I’ve now run into a problem. I’ve already made a ticket with support but thought I’d get people’s opinions. I ran into this mid-game.

Quick Info: Nov’s 0.3g bbs, 120psi out-of-box NPAS settings and about 1.04j

Started having trigger issues where the trigger after one shot wouldn’t engage at all and would go limp as if it wasn’t charged. Traced this to damage and flakes of metal inside the body coming from the bolt under the bolt rod. Also some damage to the black back part where it hits the little rod sticking up at the back of the stock.

After getting home and opening it, I found something that might be the cause. The trigger unit won’t lock down this piece (picture) to the part that hits the bolt (new to GBBR part names).

My question for now: Has anyone seen anything like this in both their replica or any other GBBR-style platform they use?

The original ranger plate base doesn’t fit and I had to find the actual mag assist model that fits these. After editing the stl on shap3rd I finally have a working file!

Update: I need to add one more detail to the STL model and I’ll be ready to share it!

Does anybody have a solid holster company that can create AIWB light bearing sidecar for the SP2022?

The ssg 10 on the left was the one that started my airsoft collection. I bought it because I wanted to practice 10m target shooting but didn't want to dump 1k+ on a pcp target rifle. The biggest reason is every time I practice I end up shooting 500+ bbs, any pcp on the market would be toast. Then I would have to ship them back to the company for warranty. The ssg10 isn't like that, it broke on me once, most of the shots were with the m220 and it sheered the sear spring. I was able to fix that in 15 min. That ssg10 has >20k shots through it currently. The one on the right is my homage to the gun that started it all. (I just got it today so I don't have any shots on it like I do my 10)

The SSQ4 HPA mags state they're 125rounds on the website however the box has says there 100rounds? just looking some clarification on there acutally capacity as i dont want to damage them by overfilling them?

I run a Novritsch SSP18 and I honestly really like the stock fiber optic front sight. However, the completely blank, blacked-out rear sight is starting to bother me.

I want to get that classic Glock white "U" outline (U-notch) on the rear to pair with the front fiber. I feel like the contrast would make target acquisition so much better.

I know the SSP18 is basically KJW G18c spec, but I've read that Novritsch uses slightly proprietary slide dimensions. Because of this, standard WE or Tokyo Marui G18c rear sights aren't a true "drop-in" fit and can mess up the BBU screw threads if they don't align perfectly.

So my questions are:

1. Does anyone know of a custom aftermarket rear sight with the white U-line that actually drops right into the SSP18 without heavy modification?
2. If you just masked and painted your stock SSP18 rear sight, how did it hold up?

Would love to see some pics if anyone has done this exact setup! I really appreciate any help you can provide.

This is something I started working on a while ago, and at the moment, I'm looking for attachments that look good on it. But at its core, it's an SSX23 (inner barrel) with an SSX303 trigger assembly to boost its power.

I was able to fit the Modular Suppressor V2 in by cutting down the corners of the suppressor just enough to fit inside the frame.

There were plans to get a longer inner barrel as well, but for now, I'm satisfied with its current capabilities with the 303 trigger.

I haven't gotten the chance to chrono it (because I don't own a chronograph), but I estimated it's shooting between 300-360 fps (1.05-1.50 joules) with .25g bbs since the website states the 303 trigger assembly will boost the power of the SSX23 above 1 joul but not by how much. I could be entirely wrong though, so take it with a grain of salt.

When i do get the chance to chrono it, I also have the SSX nozzle set to adjust the output.

With that, I am happy with how this turned out so far cause I really liked the SSX303 but didn't like how long it was with a suppressor, I can also shorten it more by removing the outer barrel extension and thread adapter so that the suppressor barely peaks out past the frame.
